2000 كتاب مدرسي مقلد .. قرار عاجل ضد الإمبراطور

أمرت جهات التحقيق المختصة بحبس امبراطور الكتب المقلدة لاتهامه ببيع العديد من الكتب الدراسية الخارجية لمختلف المواد والسنوات الدراسية بدون تفويض.
حيث أكدت معلومات وتحريات الإدارة العامة لمباحث المصنفات وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بقطاع الشرطة المتخصصة قيام (مالك مكتبة "بدون ترخيص" - كائنة بدائرة قسم شرطة الأزبكية ببيع العديد من الكتب الدراسية الخارجية لمختلف المواد والسنوات الدراسية بدون تفويض أو تصريح بالمخالفة للقانون.
عقب تقنين الإجراءات بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية تم ضبط المسئول وبحوزته (قرابة 2000 نسخة من الكتب الدراسية الخارجية لمختلف المواد والسنوات الدراسية بدون تفويض أو تصريح بالمخالفة للقانون) وبمواجهته أقر بأنه المسئول وإرتكابه المخالفات المشار إليها بقصد تحقيق الربح المادى.
