ضبط نصاب الجيزة.. جمع مبالغ كبيرة من راغبى السفر للخارج

واصلت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية جهودها لمكافحة الجريمة بشتى صورها، لا سيما جرائم النصب والاحتيال على المواطنين عبر الإنترنت.
أكدت معلومات وتحريات الإدارة العامة لمكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة بقطاع مكافحة جرائم الأموال العامة والجريمة المنظمة، وجود إحدى الصفحات على موقع التواصل الاجتماعى "فيس بوك"، يعلن خلالها عن إمكانية تسفير الطلبة لاستكمال دراستهم بالخارج "على خلاف الحقيقة" بقصد الاستيلاء على أموالهم.
بإجراء التحريات وجمع المعلومات، تم تحديد الشخص القائم على إدارة تلك الصفحة (مقيم بالجيزة)، وتبين قيامه بالإعلان من خلالها عن إدارته لأكاديمية كائنة بالجيزة رغم حصولها على وكالة رسمية من العديد من الجامعات والكليات بالعديد من الدول -خلافاً للحقيقة- واستخدامها فى النصب والاحتيال والاستيلاء على أموال الطلبة من راغبى السفر للخارج باستكمال دراستهم ، ومن خلال ذلك النشاط تمكن من الاستيلاء على مبالغ مالية كبيرة منهم.
كما أمكن الاستدلال على أحد ضحاياه، وبسؤاله قرر قيام المتهم بالاستيلاء منه على مبلغ مالى تحت ذات الزعم.
عقب تقنين الإجراءات، تم ضبطه بدائرة قسم شرطة بولاق الدكرور بالجيزة وبحوزته هاتف محمول، بفحصه فنياً تبين احتواؤه على آثار ودلائل تؤكد نشاطه الإجرامى.
وبمواجهته، اعترف بنشاطه الإجرامى على النحو المشار إليه.
تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
