تعاون بين أوتوهب و التعاونية لتعزيز الابتكار وتحسين تجربة العملاء خلال فعاليات "ليب" 2025

وقعت شركة التعاونية للتأمين، أكبر شركة تأمين في الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، مذكرة تفاهمٍ مع أوتوهب، شركة عبداللطيف جميل للسمكرة والدهان المحدودة، إحدى الشركات الرائدة في قطاع إصلاح السيارات في المملكة، خلال مؤتمر ومعرض ليب 2025، يعمل الطرفان بموجبها على الارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة لعملائهما في مجال الإصلاح والصيانة والعناية بالمركبات في مبادرةٍ ستؤسس من أجل العمل على وضع معايير جديدةٍ في القطاع على مستوى المملكة.

ومن خلال هذا التعاون ستركز التعاونية على رفع مستويات الابتكار، وتحسين شمولية الخدمات وتكاملها، وذلك انطلاقاً من التزامها بتعزيز تجربة العملاء في مجالي التأمين والعناية بالمركبات، بما في ذلك تضمين خدمات إصلاح وصيانة المركبات في منتجات التأمين التي تقدمها التعاونية.

وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب المهندس منصور أبوثنين، الرئيس التنفيذي لقطاع المركبات بشركة التعاونية عن سعادته بالتعاون مع أوتو هب، التي تجمع بين الخبرات الطويلة للتعاونية في قطاع التأمين وفهمها العميق لاحتياجات العملاء، مع الابتكار والتميز الذي تتمتع به أوتو هب في قطاع صيانة وإصلاح المركبات. مشيراً إلى أن الشراكة بين الشركتين سترتقي بتجربة العملاء إلى مستويات فريدة تجمع أفضل خدمات التأمين الشاملة وأعلى معايير العناية بالمركبات".

من جهته، أعرب الأستاذ أحمد محمد باسودان، المدير العام التنفيذي بشركة أوتو هب عن تطلعه قدماً لهذا التعاون مع شركة بحجم ومكانة التعاونية للتأمين، مشيراً إلى أن الشركتان تجمعهما رؤية مشتركة، وهي تقديم الأفضل للعملاء، وذلك من خلال الجمع بين خبراتنا في مجال العناية بالمركبات وخبرات التعاونية في مجال التأمين لتقديم منتجات وخدمات مبتكرة تلبي احتياجات عملائنا بشكل شامل ووافٍ.

هذا وسوف يساهم التعاون مع أوتو هب على تطوير منظومةٍ رقمية متكاملةٍ تتيح معالجة المطالبات بشكلٍ سريع، مع إمكانية تتبع عملية تنفيذها من خلال العديد من القنوات التي تشمل الموقع الإلكتروني وتطبيقات الهواتف الذكية والمتاجر أيضاً، حيث ستساهم خدمات الفحص والتحليل التنبؤي المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في تحسين الكفاءة، وضمان تجربة أكثر سهولةٍ وتميزاً للعملاء.

انطلاقًا من إرث يمتد لأكثر من 75 عامًا، تأسست أوتوهب في عام 2014 كشركة عبداللطيف جميل لاعمال السمكرة والدهان المحدودة، وهي إحدى الشركات التابعة لعبداللطيف جميل للأعمال. وتملك شبكة من المراكز التي تقدم خدمات الأصلاح والصيانة لكافة علامات السيارات.
