إعمار تحقق أعلى مبيعات وأرباح لها على الإطلاق في 2024

سجلت إعمار العقارية، المدرجة في سوق دبي المالي، أفضل نتائجها على الإطلاق في عام 2024، مدفوعة بعزيمة صلبة لتحدي الحواجز التقليدية، ما مكنها من تحقيق إنجازات تدل على كفاءتها التشغيلية، فضلا عن الابتكار والتميز في البناء.
وقالت إعمار في بيان على موق سوق دبي المالي إن الأرباح الصافية قد وصلت إلى 13.
وسجلت إعمار أيضا أعلى صافي أرباح لها على الإطلاق (قبل احتساب الضرائب) بلغ 18.9 مليار درهم، بزيادة قدرها 25 بالمئة مقارنة بعام 2023.
وأوضحت أنها حققت أعلى مبيعات عقارية لها على الإطلاق بلغت حوالي 70 مليار درهم (19 مليار دولار)، بزيادة نسبتها 72 بالمئة مقارنةً بمبيعات عام 2023 التي بلغت 40.3 مليار درهم (11 مليار دولار).
كما نمت المبيعات المتراكمة من المشاريع قيد الإنجاز مدعومةً بالمستوى القياسي للمبيعات العقارية في عام 2024، حيث تجاوزت الإيرادات من المبيعات العقارية المتراكمة من المشاريع قيد الإنجاز 110 مليارات درهم (30 مليار دولار) حتى 31 ديسمبر 2024، بزيادة قدرها 55 بالمئة مقارنةً بعام 2023، ما يبشر بنمو قوي في الإيرادات خلال السنوات المقبلة.
وبلغت الإيرادات أعلى مستوى على الإطلاق 35.5 مليار درهم (9.6 مليار دولار) خلال عام 2024، بزيادة نسبتها 33 بالمئة مقارنة بالعام السابق.
الأرباح الأعلى على الإطلاق (قبل احتساب الضرائب) بـ 18.9 مليار درهم (5.1 مليار دولار)؛ بزيادة قدرها 25 بالمئة مقارنة بعام 2023.
وأكدت إعمار سياسة توزيع الأرباح، بالإضافة إلى أعلى توزيعات أرباح مقترحة في تاريخها بنسبة 100 بالمئة من رأس المال للعام 2024، وبقيمة تعادل 8.8 مليار درهم، وهي زيادة نسبتها 100 بالمئة مقارنة بعام 2023.
وقال مؤسس إعمار، محمد العبار في بيان على موقع السوق: "نجاحنا يرجع إلى ثقة عملائنا بنا، واجتهادنا في تجاوز المألوف من حيث التصميم وجودة التسليم وصيانة مجمّعاتنا وخدمة عملائنا بفعالية".
وأضاف: يجسد التقدّم الذي أحرزته الشركة كذلك الاستراتيجيات الاقتصادية الاستباقية لإمارة دبي وحرصها على ترسيخ مكانتها كوجهة عالمية للابتكار والاستثمار. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، نتطلع إلى مواصلة الأداء الإيجابي في مراكز التسوق والفنادق والمبيعات العقارية على مدار عام 2025. كما نجدد التزامنا بإطلاق المشاريع المبتكرة والمنتجات الاستثنائية عبر شتى قطاعات أعمالنا."
