وقّع السجل العقاري وشركة ثقة، مذكرة تفاهم لتعزيز الشراكة في مجال الخدمات الرقمية والحلول الذكية، والتعاون في تطوير وتنفيذ أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار، بما يسهم في تسريع أعمال التسجيل العيني للعقار وتحقيق مستهدفات السجل العقاري المتمثلة في تسجيل 80٪ من العقارات خلال خمس سنوات.
وقّع مذكرة التفاهم الرئيس التنفيذي للقطاع التجاري بالسجل العقاري عبدالله بن سعيد، والرئيس التنفيذي لقطاع الشراكات الإستراتيجية والقطاع التجاري بشركة ثقة المهندس بدر العمري.
وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى تعزيز الشراكة بين الأطراف في مجال تبادل البيانات العقارية والقرارات المساحية، والتعاون في تحديث الصكوك الورقية وتحويلها إلى صكوك إلكترونية، بما يمكن المستفيدين في المناطق المعلنة من تسجيل عقاراتهم في منصة السجل العقاري.
ويسعى السجل العقاري من خلال المذكرة إلى تعزيز إمكانياته التقنية، والاستفادة من خبرات كبرى الشركات لتطوير حلول تقنية ذكية، تواكب مستهدفات السجل العقاري الرامية إلى إنشاء سجل عقاري شامل لجميع العقارات في المملكة وفقًا لنظام التسجيل العيني للعقار، وبناء منصة رقمية متطورة تمكن المستفيدين وملاك العقارات من إدارة ملكياتهم العقارية بيسر وسهولة.
يشار إلى أن السجل العقاري وقع سابقًا مع عدد من الجهات الحكومية وشركات القطاع الخاص، التي تأتي في إطار إستراتيجية السجل العقاري ورؤيته في تعزيز الشركات مع جميع الجهات الفاعلة في منظومة العقار، والتعاون معها لإنشاء سجل عقاري شامل لجميع معلومات وبيانات العقارات في المملكة وإصدار سجلات عقارية تضمن دقة البيانات وموثوقيتها، وتعزز الشفافية في القطاع العقاري.
