وثيق المالية : تحديد سعر الطرح لأسهم المناولة للشحن عند 110 ريال

الرياض - مباشر: أعلنت شركة وثيق المالية بصفتها المستشار المالي للطرح العام الأولي لشركة المناولة للشحن في السوق الموازية "نمو" عن تحديد سعر الطرح لأسهم الشركة بـ110 ريال سعودي للسهم الواحد.
وأوضحت الشركة بحسب بيان لها اليوم الثلاثاء على "تداول" أن فترة الطرح ستبدأ من يوم الأحد الموافق 27 أغسطس / آب 2023 تنتهي يوم الخميس الموافق 31 أغسطس / آب 2023.
جدير بالذكر ان هيئة السوق المالية قد وافقت في 21 يونيو/ حزيران 2023 على طلب شركة مناولة للشحن تسجيل أسهمها وطرح 200 ألف سهماً تمثل 20% من أسهمها في السوق الموازية.
وأوضحت أن الطرح سيقتصر على فئات المستثمرين المؤهلين المنصوص عليهم في قائمة المصطلحات المستخدمة في لوائح هيئة السوق المالية وقواعدها.

كما دشنت السعودية للشحن مسار الرحلات المباشر من لييج في بلجيكا إلى مطار الملك فهد الدولي بالدمام، اعتبارًا من 3 أبريل، مما يرفع إجمالي الرحلات الأسبوعية التي تُسيّرها الشركة من لييج إلى 11 رحلة أسبوعيًا، الأمر الذي يعكس حضورا مميزا للشركة في القارة الأوروبية ويبرز دورها في نقل الشحنات التي تتطلب سرعة في التسليم.
