أكثر من 113 مليون دولار تبحث عن أصحابها في هذه الدولة العربية!

منذ عقود طويلة، تكوّنت لدى "الشركة الكويتية للمقاصة" عشرات الملايين عبارة عن توزيعات نقدية وأرباح لمساهمين من شركات مدرجة في بورصة الكويت، وتراكمت هذه المبالغ حتى باتت تناهز حاليا أكثر من 35 مليون دينار (113.60 مليون دولار)، وقد تصل أكثر من ذلك في حال تم احتساب عوائد وفوائد عليها، كما هي مودعة في الحسابات المصرفية.
وفي هذا الصدد، تقول مصادر لصحيفة "الجريدة" الكويتية، إن هذه الظاهرة تمثّل معضلة، ويُنتظر وضع خطة متوسطة وطويلة الأجل لحل هذا الملف ومعالجته، خصوصاً أن هذه الأموال بنسبة تزيد على 97% باتت تعود إلى ورثة ومكتتبين في تأسيس عدد من الشركات، والنسبة الباقية 3% إلى أصحاب حسابات هجروا البورصة منذ سنوات طويلة، وكانت في حساباتهم كميات أسهم متناثرة، وبعض هذه الشركات وزعت أرباحاً نقدية ولم يتسلمها أصحابها.
وهذه المبالغ ما بين منسية ومتراكمة لأسباب متباينة، بعضها بسبب الوفاة، وأخرى كانت حسابات شخصية غير معلومة للمقربين من أصحابها، وفي المقابل لم تكن تلك المبالغ أولوية للإدارات التنفيذية المتعاقبة على الشركة خلال العقود الماضية.
وتقول مصادر معنيّة، إنه يرجي العمل على إيجاد حل لهذه المعضلة المزمنة بالتنسيق مع الجهات المعنية، خصوصاً أنها ستحتاج إلى مساعٍ وجهود من المقاصة للوصول إلى مستحقيها؛ سواء كانوا المباشرين أو الورثة.
وفي هذا الصدد، تقول مصادر إن عدد المستفيدين بالآلاف، لكن الكويت لديها قاعدة بيانات دقيقة بالعناوين والأسماء، ومن الممكن - بمرونة عالية - الوصول إلى أصاحبها بطرق عديدة.
