قرار عاجل من المحكمة بشأن دكتور جامعي ومخرج سينمائي متهمان بخطف فتاة

قررت محكمة جنايات القاهرة المنعقدة بالتجمع الخامس ،برئاسة المستشار حسن فريد برئاسة المستشار حسن فريد تأجيل محاكمة "مدرس بكلية الطب جامعة الأزهر و مخرج تلفزيوني لاتهامهم بخطف فتاة بسبب أعمال سحر بمدينة نصر ثان ، لجلسة 17 سبتمبر المقبل.

صدر الحكم برئاسة المستشار حسن فريد وعضوية المستشارين خالد محمد حماد وباهر بهاء الدين صادق وأمانه سر محمد طه.
واوضح، أمر إحالة المتهمين الي محكمة الجنايات بأنهما في تاريخ سابق على ٢٠٢٢/٦/١ بدائرة قسم شرطة مدينة نصر ثان بمحافظة القاهرة خطفا بالاشتراك مع أخر مجهول المجني عليها "ه.ع.ا"بالتحايل الواقع عليها بأن قام المتهم الثاني بإيهامها بوجود سحر لوقوع الطلاق فيما بينها وبين المتهم الأول وأنه على تواصل مع ساحر سوداني، الجنسية بإمكانه إزالة السحر فتواصلت معه فطلب منها الحضور الى محل عمله ، وقد أقترنت تلك الجناية بمواقعه المجني عليها بالتحريض الواقع من كلاً من المتهمين بالاشتراك مع اخر مجهول قام بانتحال صفة الساحر وطلب منها خلع كامل ملابسها وأخذ فى تهديدها بالثعابين وقام بمواقعتها.
وكشف امر الإحالة، هددا المجني عليها بنشر المقاطع المصورة لمواقعتها حال عدم مغادرتها البلاد ورد المبالغ التي تحصلت عليها من عملها معهم ، كما توصلا الى الاستيلاء على مبلغ مالي وقدره اربعمائة وخمسون الف جنيه بإيهامها بوجود سحر لوقوع الطلاق فيما بينها وبين المتهم الأول وطلبهم لذلك المبلغ مقابل فك ذلك السحر .

فنظرًا لما تضمنه قرار المحكمة العليا رقم ( 191 / هـ ) وتاريخ 29 / 7 / 1446هـ أن يوم الجمعة 1 / 8 / 1446هـ ـ حسب تقويم أم القرى ـ الموافق 31 / 1 / 2025م، هو غرة شهر شعبان لعام 1446هـ؛ فإن المحكمة العليا ترغب إلى عموم المسلمين في جميع أنحاء المملكة تحري رؤية هلال شهر رمضان المبارك مساء يوم الجمعة 29 / 8 / 1446هـ ـ حسب تقويم أم القرى ـ الموافق 28 / 2 / 2025م.
وترجو المحكمة العليا ممن يراه بالعين المجرَدة، أو بواسطة المناظير؛ إبلاغ أقرب محكمة إليه وتسجيل شهادته إليها، أو الاتصال بأقرب مركز؛ لمساعدته في الوصول إلى أقرب محكمة.
وتأمل المحكمةُ العليا ممّن لديه القدرة على الترائي الاهتمام بهذا الأمر، والانضمام إلى اللجان المشكّلة في المناطق لهذا الغرض، واحتساب الأجر والثواب بالمشاركة؛ لما فيه من التعاون على البرّ والتقوى، والنفع لعموم المسلمين.
