تلقى صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن زايد آل نهيان رئيس الدولة 'حفظه الله' رسالة خطية من خافيير ميلي رئيس جمهورية الأرجنتين تتصل بالعلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين.
تسلم الرسالة، سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، لدى استقباله، الثلاثاء، في أبوظبي، خيراردو فيرثين وزير الخارجية والتجارة الدولية والعبادة في جمهورية الأرجنتين.
جرى خلال اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين وسبل استثمار الفرص المتاحة لتعزيزها في عدة قطاعات ومنها الاقتصادية والتجارية والاستثمارية.
ورحب سمو الشيخ عبدالله بن زايد آل نهيان بزيارة خيراردو فيرثين، مؤكداً تطلع دولة الإمارات إلى البناء على العلاقات المتميزة مع جمهورية الأرجنتين وتعزيز مسارات التعاون الثنائي بما يحقق المصالح المتبادلة للبلدين ويعود بالخير والازدهار على شعبيهما.
حضر اللقاء محمد حسن السويدي وزير الاستثمار وريم بنت إبراهيم الهاشمي وزيرة دولة لشؤون التعاون الدولي وأحمد بن علي الصايغ وزير دولة وسعيد عبدالله القمزي سفير الدولة لدى الأرجنتين.
