اطلع رئيس مصلحة الضرائب عبدالجبار أحمد محمد على سير العمل في مكتب الضرائب بأمانة العاصمة ومدى الالتزام بتنفيذ اللوائح المقرة بشأن تسهيل الإجراءات لمكلفي الضرائب والتعامل معهم كشركاء.حيث تفقد ومعه وكيل المصلحة للقطاع الفني وحيد الكبسي ورئيس المكتب الفني عبداللطيف الشيباني سير العمل في إدارات النافذة الواحدة للخدمات الإلكترونية والربط والطعون والإخطارات، والإقرارات، والقطاع الخدمي، والقطاع التجاري، والحاسب الآلي، والحصر والتسجيل، والقطاع الصناعي، ومكافحة التحريات والتهرب الضريبي.
واستمع رئيس المصلحة إلى شرح من مدير المكتب سمير الحجري ومدراء الإدارات والمختصين عن سير العمل ومستوى الإنجاز في جميع الإدارات الخدمية، مؤكدين الالتزام بكافة التعليمات والموجهات العامة الهادفة إلى تطوير الشراكة مع مختلف مكلفي الضرائب.
وأشار عبد الجبار أحمد، إلى أن التحولات التي تشهدها المصلحة تهدف في الأساس إلى الارتقاء بالعمل الضريبي.. مؤكدا أن مكاتب الضرائب بالأمانة والمحافظات تتحمل مسؤولية أي تقصير في جانب الارتقاء بالشراكة مع المكلفين خاصة وأن المصلحة استكملت كافة الإجراءات لضمان سير العمل بشفافية ونزاهة.
وأوضح أن المشاريع التي أنجزتها المصلحة خلال الأشهر الماضية سواء ما يتعلق باستكمال متطلبات البنى التحتية والعمل المؤسسي وكذا تحويل الإجراءات الضريبية اليدوية إلى برامج وأنظمة تقنية من شأنها دفع المكلفين إلى الامتثال الطوعي في تسديد التزاماتهم الضريبية للدولة.
وأشاد بجهود مكتب ضرائب الأمانة في متابعة الجانب الإيرادي واستكمال الأتمتة بمشروع الحصر والتسجيل لأهميته في تأسيس قاعدة بيانات دقيقة لكافة المكلفين.
ووجه المعنيين باتخاذ الإجراءات الكفيلة بحل الإشكاليات التي طرحها موظفو مكتب الأمانة.
وخلال لقائه بعدد من مكلفي الضرائب بأمانة العاصمة أكد عبد الجبار أن المصلحة عكفت خلال الأشهر الماضية على تطوير مختلف الإجراءات الضريبية التي تمكن المكلفين من الحصول على الخدمات وإنجاز المعاملات إلكترونيا.
