مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يزيل "30" ورماً ليفياً من رحم سيدة عبر عملية دقيقة

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر في استئصال "30" ورماً من رحم سيدة، عانت من نزيف مستمر عبر عملية معقدة، ذكرت ذلك د. جيهان عبدالرحمن الخاروف استشارية جراحة المسالك البولية وجراحة ترميم الحوض، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

التي قالت أن السيدة التي تبلغ من العمر "42" عاماً، عانت لفترة طويلة من آلام مستمرة في الحوض، إضافة إلى تورم في البطن، وتطورت الأعراض مؤخراً حيث أصيبت بنزيف مستمر، حيث راجعت المستشفى وتم إخضاعها لحزمة من الفحوصات الطبية الدقيقة أبرزها التصوير بالأمواج الصوتية والرنين المغناطيسي، وأظهرت النتائج وجود أورام ليفية كثيرة أخفت كثافتها معالم الرحم، وإزاء هذه الوضعية المعقدة قرر الفريق الطبي التدخل لمحاصرة المضاعفات التي ظهرت خاصة النزيف، وذلك مع الحفاظ على الرحم.

وأضافت د. الخاروف أن المريضة خضعت لعملية جراحية عبر فتحة صغيرة لم يتعدى طولها "10 سم"، تم فيها إزالة "30" ورماً، وبعد إزالة الأورام تم إعادة ترميم كامل الرحم خلال العملية التي استمرت نحو "3" ساعات، وبفضل الله اكتملت الجراحة بصورة سلسة دون أي مضاعفات، وبقيت المريضة منومة في المستشفى قيد العناية الطبية لعدة أيام، قبل أن تغادر إلى منزلها بحالة صحية ممتازة.
