إنجازات استثنائية في 2024 تعزز مكانة السعودية للشحن في القطاع اللوجستي

أعلنت شركة الخطوط السعودية للشحن، الرائدة في قطاع الشحن الجوي بالمملكة، عن تحقيق إنجازات نوعية خلال عام 2024، مما يعزز مكانتها كمحور رئيسي في سلسلة الإمداد العالمية. بفضل استراتيجيتها المرتكزة على الابتكار والتوسع والاستدامة والمساهمة في تعزيز الاقتصاد الوطني بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.

وأوضح الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب المهندس لؤي مشعبي قائلًا: "تعكس نتائج عام 2024 التزامنا الراسخ بتقديم حلول شحن مبتكرة ومرنة تدعم التجارة العالمية وتواكب تطورات السوق. ونتطلع إلى مواصلة النمو وتقديم قيمة مضافة لعملائنا، مع التركيز على الاستدامة والتميز لتحقيق أهدافنا في أن نكون ضمن أفضل 10 شركات شحن جوي عالميًا بحلول 2030.
أخبار متعلقة خدمة إصدار تفاويض القيادة داخل المملكة وخارجها من أبشر أعمالحساب المواطن.. ما المطلوب حال وجود ملاحظات على عقد الإيجار؟وحققت الشركة نموًا ملحوظًا في أدائها التشغيلي، حيث نقلت 577,870 طنًا من الشحنات، بزيادة بلغت 13% مقارنة بعام 2023. كما سجلت 193,599 رحلة جوية، محققة ارتفاعًا بنسبة 6% عن العام السابق. وكان من أبرز الإنجازات نقل 64,107 طنًا من شحنات التجارة الإلكترونية، بزيادة 23%، مما يعكس استجابتها السريعة لمتطلبات السوق
وواصلت "السعودية للشحن" محافظتها على تحقيق أداء متميز بتشغيل 92% من رحلاتها في الوقت المحدد، وفي إطار توسعها، أطلقت مسارات جديدة شملت وجهات دائمة مثل شنجن في الصين ومدينة بوكيت ووجهات موسمية مثل أثينا في اليونان ونيس في فرنسا، لتحقيق المزيد من الربط بين المملكة والأسواق العالمية.
على صعيد الصادرات الوطنية نجحت السعودية للشحن في نقل 13,740 طنًا من البضائع والمنتجات محلية الصنع، محققة نموًا بنسبة 14% مقارنة بالعام السابق، ما يعكس دورها المحوري في دعم الاقتصاد المحلي. كما تميزت بكفاءتها في نقل الشحنات عالية القيمة، التي شكلت 54% من إجمالي الإيرادات، ضمن ادوراها الحيوية لتلبية احتياجات القطاعات ذات الأولوية عبر حلول مبتكرة وخدمات موثوقة.
وفيما يتعلق بالأنشطة والمبادرات الوطنية، قامت الشركة بتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة البحر الأحمر للتطوير؛ لتقديم خدمات شحن مبتكرة تربط المملكة بأكثر من 800 وجهة عالمية. كما أبرمت شراكة مع الهيئة الملكية لمحافظة العلا؛ لدعم نقل القطع الأثرية والشحنات الداعمة للنشاط السياحي. في المقابل وعلى صعيد تنمية الكوادر الوطنية، أطلقت مع الأكاديمية اللوجستية السعودية برنامجًا تدريبيًا يستهدف تطوير 300 موظف.
وعززت "السعودية للشحن" من الممارسات البيئية المستدامة بالتعاون مع وزارة الاقتصاد والتخطيط ضمن برنامج "رواد الاستدامة". وأطلقت تقريرها الأول لعام 2024، مسلطة الضوء على مبادراتها البيئية ومساعيها لخفض استهلاك الطاقة والانبعاثات الضارة. كما أسست لجنة متخصصة للإشراف على تنفيذ خطط تقليل الانبعاثات الكربونية، بما يتماشى مع أهداف "IATA" في تحقيق الحياد الكربوني بحلول عام 2050.
في حين واصلت "السعودية للشحن" تعزيز تجربة العملاء عبر توسيع نطاق خدماتها الرقمية بنسبة 10%، وإطلاق بوابة إلكترونية متخصصة، إضافة إلى تحسين قنوات التواصل ورفع مؤشر رضا العملاء إلى 47 نقطة. كما حققت قفزة كبيرة في مجال الأمن السيبراني بحصولها على تقييم 81.8% من الهيئة الوطنية للأمن السيبراني.
وتوجت الشركة ريادتها في تقديم حلول شحن موثوقة ومبتكرة بحصدها جائزة التميز في عمليات الشحن الجوي في المملكة، بالإضافة إلى نيلها جائزة "أفضل ناقل لشحنات التجارة الإلكترونية في الشرق الأوسط". كما عززت تنافسية المملكة عالميًا عبر مشاركتها في معرض "Air Cargo China 2024" إلى جانب شركائها في "SkyTeam Cargo" وبرنامج "صنع في السعودية"، في ضوء مبادراتها لدعم الصادرات الوطنية والوصول لأسواق جديدة نامية حول العالم.
وتعتزم السعودية للشحن خلال الأعوام القادمة التركيز على تدعيم أسطولها بطائرات شحن من الجيل الجديد واعتماد وسائل نقل مستدامة. كما ستعمل على ترقية بنيتها الرقمية باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين تتبع الشحنات وزيادة الكفاءة التشغيلية بالإضافة إلى ذلك، ستواصل الشركة توسيع أنظمة مناولة الشحن الآلية وخفض التكاليف التشغيلية، وتبني ممارسات لوجستية صديقة للبيئة.
