«الصحة» تستعرض إنجازات البرنامج الوطني لزراعة الأعضاء

أخبار ذات صلةاستعرضت وزارة الصحة ووقاية المجتمع، بالتعاون مع الجهات الصحية في الدولة، إنجازات البرنامج الوطني للتبرع وزراعة الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية «حياة»، وذلك على منصة «صحة الإمارات» الوطنية الموحدة، في معرض ومؤتمر الصحة العربي 2025، الذي ينظم في مركز دبي التجاري العالمي في الفترة بين 27 و30 يناير الجاري.
وتستهدف الجهات الصحية ترسيخ ثقافة التبرع بالأعضاء خلال الحياة أو بعد الوفاة، من خلال توحيد الجهود الوطنية وتطويرها لإنقاذ المرضى المصابين بفشل الأعضاء، وتحسين جودة حياتهم، وتخفيف المعاناة عن أسرهم، مما يسهم في إرساء منظومة صحية رائدة عالمياً تتماشى مع أفضل المعايير الصحية، تجسيداً لرؤية «نحن الإمارات 2031» للارتقاء بالقطاع الصحي نحو آفاق مبتكرة تعزز صحة أفراد المجتمع.
وحققت الإمارات إنجازات نوعية في مجال التبرع ونقل وزراعة الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية خلال عام 2024، حيث تمت زراعة 352 عضواً، بزيادة حوالي 22%، بالمقارنة بالأعضاء التي تمت زرعها في 2023، لتغدو الدولة بأعلى معدل استخدام للأعضاء في المنطقة.
وتتصدر دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي في مؤشر عمليات زراعة الأعضاء بـ 956 عضواً تم زرعها منذ انطلاق البرنامج في عام 2017.
كما وظفت الجهات الصحية في الدولة القدرات المتطورة للكوادر الصحية والطبية، حيث تم اعتماد أكثر من 400 متخصص في الرعاية الصحية لتشخيص حالات الموت الدماغي، ما يضمن اتخاذ قرارات دقيقة لتحديد مدى ملاءمة المتبرع للإجراء الطبي، بما يتوافق مع أفضل الممارسات المعتمدة.
وأكد الدكتور أمين حسين الأميري، الوكيل المساعد لقطاع التنظيم الصحي، أهمية استعراض إنجازات البرنامج الوطني للتبرع وزراعة الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية «حياة» في معرض ومؤتمر الصحة العربي 2025، لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي، وبناء ثقافة إيجابية حول التبرع بالأعضاء.
وأشار إلى أن المعرض، الذي يستقطب آلاف المتخصصين والمهتمين بالقطاع الصحي، يشكل منصة تفاعلية لعرض النجاحات الملهمة للبرنامج، وكشف عن أن عدد المرضى الذين تلقوا أعضاء تبرع بها الآخرون خلال 2024 بلغ 338 مريضاً، جاءت جميعها من 110 متبرعين، ما يعكس التلاحم والإنسانية بين أفراد المجتمع في دولة الإمارات.
وذكر أنه تمت زراعة 187 كلية للمرضى، و100 كبد، و39 رئة، و21 قلباً، و3 بنكرياس، إلى جانب زراعة جزءين من الكبد، لافتاً إلى أن دولة الإمارات أصبحت اليوم نموذجاً رائداً في منظومة التبرع بالأعضاء وزراعتها على المستويين الإقليمي والعالمي، حيث نجحت في بناء برنامج وطني متكامل يجمع بين التميز الطبي والبعد الإنساني. ويمثل برنامج «حياة» قصة نجاح إماراتية متفردة، تعكس رؤية القيادة الحكيمة في تطوير حلول مبتكرة للتحديات الصحية، وتجسد قيم العطاء المتأصلة في المجتمع.
من جهته، أفاد الدكتور علي العبيدلي، رئيس اللجنة الوطنية للتبرع وزراعة الأعضاء والأنسجة البشرية، بأن استراتيجية التواجد المستمر في المعارض والفعاليات المتخصصة قد أثمرت عن زيادة ملحوظة في أعداد المسجلين بالبرنامج، مستفيدة من التطور النوعي الذي تشهده البنية التحتية الصحية في دولة الإمارات.
وأشار إلى أن برنامج «حياة» يعد الأسرع نمواً في هذا المجال في العالم، حيث حقق نسبة نمو بلغت 41.7% خلال آخر خمس سنوات، وذلك بحسب نتائج مؤتمر الجمعية العالمية للتبرع بالأعضاء في الولايات المتحدة.
