طاقة النواب تفتح ملف دعم المزارعين وسبل مراعاتهم في أسعار الكهرباء

تعقد لجنة الطاقة والبيئة بمجلس النواب، برئاسة النائب طلعت السويدي، اجتماعاتها اليوم لمناقشة، سبل دعم المزارعين في محافظة الوادي الجديد، بما يساهم في رفع قدرة المزارعين على تحمل تكاليف زراعة المحاصيل، في ضوء طلبات الإحاطة المقدمة من النائبين أحمد العقاطي وحمدي محمد حسن.
ومن المقرر أن تناقش اللجنة في إجتماعها اليوم الاتنين 15 موضوع طلب إحاطة موجهة لوزير الكهرباء، مقدمة من النواب أحمد العقاطي، بشأن تخفيض شريحة الكهرباء لأغراض الزراعة وعودتها لما كانت عليه حفاظًا على الزراعات القائمة وعلى أهالي محافظة الوادي الجديد من الهجرة خارجها، النائب حمدي محمد حسن، بشأن استثناء محافظة الوادي الجديد من الزيادة الأخيرة في شريحة الكهرباء وذلك بالنسبة لأغراض الزراعة،
وربط مركز ومدينة الفرافرة بمحافظة الوادي الجديد بالشبكة الموحدة للكهرباء، ومحمد عبد السلام حجازي، بشأن ادراج قرى مركزي إيتاي البارود وشبراخيت ضمن خطة تحويل أسلاك الكهرباء الهوائية إلى كابلات أرضية بمحافظة البحيرة ضمن خطة 2024-2025، ضعف التيار الكهربائي في بعض قرى مركز إيتاي البارود، وبناء غرفة محولات بقرية جعيف بمحافظة البحيرة.
ووافق مجلس النواب، خلال الجلسة العامة، اليوم، على قرار رئيس جمهورية مصر العربية رقم 219 لسنة 2024 بشأن الموافقة على الاتفاقية بين حكومة جمهورية مصر العربية والبنك الإسلامي للتنمية، لإنشاء الخط الأول من شبكة القطار الكهربائي السريع العين السخنة - العلمين - مرسى مطروح، والموقع بتاريخ 4/2/2024.
واستعرض النائب علاء عابد رئيس لجنة النقل والمواصلات، أمام الجلسة العامه لمجلس النواب اليوم، برئاسة المستشار أحمد سعد الدين وكيل أول مجلس النواب، بنود الإتفاقية وأهدافها.
وتهدف اتفاقية المشروع إلى تطوير منظومة نقل خضراء تتسم بالكفاءة والمرونة المناخية لدعم المواصلات وتعزيز ربط المدن والتجمعات السكانية وتحسين الوصول إلى الموارد الطبيعية في مصر، وبالتالي تعزيز الاقتصاد الكلي، حيث تهدف المرحلة الأولى من المشروع إلى المساهمة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الشاملة في مصر من خلال تطوير نظام سكة حديدية كهربائية ومستدامة للتسيير القطارات عالية السرعة.
وستكون المرحلة الأولى من المشروع بطول 660 كم تبدأ من الشرق "العين السخنة" إلى الغرب باتجاء مرسى مطروح، وستكون مساهمة البنك الإسلامي للتنمية في القطاع الواصل بين محطتي سفنكس غرب القاهرة ومرسى مطروح بطول يقارب 390كم.
ويشتمل نطاق المشروع على ست مكونات رئيسية، وهي: الأشغال المدنية، وتتكون من البنية التحتية والبنية الأساسية المسار السكة الحديدية، ونظام مسار السكك الحديدية، حيازة الأراضي والتعويضات، خدمات إدارة المشروع والإشراف على التنفيذ، خدمات التدقيق المالي، ومكون الاستجابة للطوارئ.
وسيتم تنفيذ المشروع على ثلاث مراحل بإجمالي أطوال تبلغ 1.810 كم مقسمة كما يلي: المرحلة الأولى تبدأ من العين السخنة وحتى العلمين الجديدة ثم إلى مرسى مطروح بطول 660 كم وعدد 21 محطة وعدد 8 محطات قطار سريع 130 محطة إقليمية.
المرحلة الثانية: تبدأ من محطة 6 أكتوبر للربط مع المونوريل والمسار غرب طريق الصعيد الصحراوي الغربي والمحطات الإقليمية في مناطق تقاطع محاور النيل بطول 850 كم وعدد 28 محطة (1) محطات قطار سريع + 19 محطة القليمية) الكهروميكانيكية والسكة والوحدات المتحركة.
المرحلة الثالثة تبدأ من محطة سكك حديد الأقصر ثم وصولًا إلى محطة قنا لم يمتد شرقًا حتى ميناء سفاجا ثم إلى الغردقة بطول نحو 300 كم وعدد 7 محطات (2) محطات قنطار سريع 3 محطات إقليمية تشمل الأعمال الكهروميكانيكية والسكةوالوحدات المتحركة،وقد وقعت الهيئة القومية للأنفاق مع تحالف شركات سيمنز - أوراسكوم - المقاولون العرب) عقد تنفيذ أعمال الخط الأول للمشروع.
وستكون الهيئة القومية للأنفاق هي الجهة المنفذة للمشروع، وقد قامت الهيئة بإنشاء وحده لإدارة المشروع pmuيرأسها مستشار أول مهندس يقدم تقاريره إلى رئيس الهيئة، وتضم وحدة إدارة المشروع طواقم هندسية وفنية في الموقع منتدبين من الهيئة ووزارة المواصلات.
ويقوم هذا الفريق بالإشراف على استشاري للمشروع (Systra) والذي يقوم تمني الاشراف الهندسي وإدارة المشروع في هذه المرحلة، تتمركز وحدة إدارة المشروع بشكل أساسي في موقع العين السخنة ويتوفر في مساحات مكتبية كبيرة وتجهيزات جيدة ومرافق داعمة، وإضافة إلى جميع أنواع الأدوات والأجهزة الهندسية اللازمة إلى جانب أساطيل المركبات للوصول إلى المواقع.
كما يتميز موقع المكتب الرئيسي لوحدة إدارة المشروع بقربه من المحاجر حيث يتم استخراج النصى والأحجار وإعدادها لاستخدام المشروع، وتمتلك وحدة إدارة المشروع أيضا مكاتب تابعة في مواقع مختلفة على طول مسار السكك الحديدية والتي يمكن نقلها بناء على تقدم العمل.
