وزير النقل يعلن إقرار المسار النهائي لمشروع طريق التنمية والمباشرة بالتصاميم التفصيلية

أكد وزير النقل رزاق محيبس السعداوي، الأحد، أن منتصف العام الحالي سيشهد إعلان المقطع الأول من مشروع طريق التنمية، وفيما أعلن إقرار المسار النهائي، كشف عن 5 مكونات أساسية للمشروع.
وقال السعداوي في تصريح أوردته وكالة الأنباء الرسمية، واطلعت عليه "الاقتصاد نيوز"، إن "اللجنة العليا لمشروع طريق التنمية عقدت مؤخراً اجتماعا برئاسة رئيس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني، حيث تم مناقشة أبرز المحاور المتعلقة بالمشروع.
وتابع أن "الاجتماع ناقش الخطة الأمنية التي أعدتها قيادة العمليات المشتركة لتأمين المشروع بدءاً من ميناء الفاو وحتى الحدود مع تركيا، والتقدم في إعداد النموذج المالي والاقتصادي، حيث قُدمت تقارير من شركة “أوليفر وايمن”، المستشار الاقتصادي للمشروع، حول التقدم المحرز في إعداد النموذج المالي والاقتصادي والرؤية الاستثمارية للمشروع".
وأشار الى "التحديات التي تواجه تنفيذ المشروع حيث تم تسليط الضوء على العقبات التي تعرقل التنفيذ، مثل إزالة الألغام، الاستملاكات، والتجاوزات، مع توجيهات من دولة رئيس الوزراء بتكثيف الجهود لتذليل هذه العقبات، بالإضافة الى مناقشة تحديثات المخطط الاستراتيجي للميناء".
وحول مشروع طريق التنمية، أوضح الوزير أن "نسب الإنجاز في المشروع متقدمة للغاية، حيث تم، إكمال الجدوى الاقتصادية بنسبة 100%، وإتمام التصاميم الأولية للسكة الحديد والطريق السريع والمصادقة عليها بنسبة 100%، وإنجاز فحوصات التربة لمسافة 1,000 كيلومتر من أصل 1,200 كيلومتر، فضلا عن إقرار المسار النهائي للمشروع، والبدء في إعداد التصاميم التفصيلية".
وأشار إلى أن "منتصف العام الحالي سيشهد إعلان المقطع الأول من المشروع، الذي يربط ميناء الفاو بمحافظة الناصرية على مسافة 217 كيلومتراً".
وبين أن "رئيس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني شدد على ضرورة الالتزام بالتوقيتات الزمنية المحددة وعدم السماح بأي تأخير أو تلكؤ في تنفيذ المشروع، كما أكد على تعاون جميع الجهات المعنية لتذليل العقبات وتهيئة المشروع للإعلان عن المرحلة الأولى".
وبين الوزير دور الشركات الاستشارية: "شركة BTP الإيطالية ستكون المسؤولة عن التصاميم الأولية والتفصيلية، الجدوى الاقتصادية، وفحوصات التربة، فيما ستكون شركة أوليفر وايمن الألمانية مكلفة بإعداد النموذج المالي والاقتصادي، حوكمة المشروع، والتسويق".
وأكد الوزير أن "مشروع طريق التنمية لا يقتصر على كونه طريقاً وسكة حديد، بل هو مشروع اقتصادي متكامل يهدف إلى تأسيس اقتصاد عراقي جديد ومتعدد بعيداً عن الاعتماد على الاقتصاد الريعي".
وأردف أن "مكونات المشروع الخمس الأساسية تتمثل بميناء الفاو الكبير، والمدن الصناعية والاقتصادية في منطقة الفاو، والمدن السكنية والسواحل البحرية، وطريق السكة الحديد والطريق السريع، والمدن الصناعية والاستثمارات الممتدة على جانبي الطريق من الفاو إلى تركيا".
وعن نسب الإنجاز في مشاريع ميناء الفاو الكبير، أكد السعدي، أن "الأرصفة الخمسة اكتملت بنسبة 100%، والطريق الرابط بين ميناء الفاو وأم قصر بنسبة إنجاز 96%، والقناة الملاحية نسبة الإنجاز 81%، وساحة الحاويات نسبة الإنجاز 84%، اما النفق المغمور تم اجتياز الاختبارات بنجاح واقتربت مراحل التعويم وتركيب الكتل الخرسانية تحت قناة خور الزبير".
واختتم بالقول: "يعد هذا المشروع بوابة لتحول اقتصادي شامل في العراق، حيث يهدف إلى تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرص عمل كبيرة، مما يمهد الطريق لبناء اقتصاد متنوع ومستدام".
