خِتامٌ يرسمُ الرؤى العملية لريادة التحوُّل الاجتماعي

لقاءٌ سنوي تجدَّد، وأفكارٌ تلاقحت فأنتجت من الرؤى ما يُستبشَر بها في رسم الخطوات العملية لمستقبل القطاع الأهلي، برعايةٍ كريمة من لدنِ أمير المنطقة الشرقية مُظلِّلةً اللقاء السنوي السادس عشر للجهات الأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية، والذي حمل عنوان (التحول الاجتماعي - المستقبل والتحديات)؛ ليمتدَّ في استنهاضِ الرؤى العملية ما يعكسُ غاية التحوُّل الاجتماعي واقعاً مشهوداً.

اختُتِمَ اللقاء السنوي (16) للجهات الأهلية بالمنطقة الشرقية، والذي انطلق على مدار يومين، شاهداً على تجدد الشغف وعلو الطموح المؤسسي لمختلف منظمات القطاع الأهلي، بما تضمَّنه من كثافةٍ حضورية وأوراق علمية نوعية قُدِّمت بحثاً عن فرص التمكين، واستشرافاً لتحديات التحول، وبناءً لخارطة طريقٍ عملية.

كان اللقاء منصةً حية لتبادل الرؤى واستعراض النماذج والمنجزات الملهمة، ومنبراً جامعاً لمختلف فئات وشرائح المجتمع، مُشكِّلاً في نسبة حضور من لم يسبق لهم الانضمام للقاءات السابقة نسبة الـ (70%) من إجمالي (1300) مشاركٍ ومشاركة من (495) جهة حكومية وأهلية، وتكريم (26) راعٍ وداعم للقاء. وتعميقاً لمخرجات اللقاء العلمية، خُصِّص منتدىً استشاري في مجال التحول الاجتماعي بمشاركة (29) مستشار أكاديمي متخصص، قُدِّم خلالها (980) استشارة، خلال ما يُقدَّر بـ (327) ساعة استشارية.
حين نستعرض هذه الأرقام، فإننا نبرزها كشواهد حية على مدى تأثير اللقاءات في صياغة ملامح العمل الخيري، وتميُّز أطروحاتها المواكبة لكل ما يطرأ على القطاع الثالث من تغيرات وتقنيات ومخططات استراتيجية، ورسمها لخارطة طريقٍ تُسهِم في تحقيق أهدافه التنموية، وتُعزز من كفاءة أداء المنظمات في مواجهة تحديات التحول، بشراكةٍ استراتيجية مع المركز الوطني لتنمية القطاع غير الربحي.
