بن داود للتجارة وماريوت الدولية توقعان اتفاقية لافتتاح أكبر فندق "كورتيارد ماريوت" في العالم

فندق كورتيارد ماريوت في مكة المكرمة سيضم أكثر من 2,000 غرفة وسيقدم تجربة ضيافة استثنائية لزوار بيت الله الحراممكة المكرمة، المملكة العربية السعودية – تعلن كل من شركة القمة للضيافة وشركة أمواج العقارية (وهما شركتين تابعتين لشركة بن داود للتجارة) عن توقيع اتفاقية مع شركة ماريوت الدولية لافتتاح أكبر فندق كورتيارد ماريوت في العالم في المملكة العربية السعودية.

حيث سيقدم فندق كورتيارد ماريوت في مكة حي النسيم، تجربة ضيافة متكاملة تجمع بين مستلزمات الراحة العصرية والخدمات الاستثنائية وتجربة مميزة ستترك ذكريات لا تُنسى للزوار والمعتمرين والحجاج على حد سواء.
كما سيتمتع فندق كورتيارد ماريوت والمتوقع افتتاحه خلال العام 2026م بموقع استثنائي في مكة المكرمة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وعلى بُعد دقائق قليلة من المسجد الحرام، مما يجعله الخيار المثالي لضيوف الرحمن من الحجاج والمعتمرين. كما سيضم الفندق ٢,١٧٩ غرفة مصممة بعناية، موزّعة على سبعة أبراج متصلة. ومن المقرر أن يشمل الفندق مطعمًا يتسع لأكثر من ١,٨٠٠ ضيف، وصالة استقبال، وسوق "ذا ماركت" وهو سوق العلامة التجارية المميز بخدمة Grab n’ Go. وكما تشمل خطط التصميم أسلوب عصري فريد يوفر تجربة مريحة وخدمة تلبي أعلى المعايير وتفوق التوقعات.

أبرز النقاط: يأتي توقيع اتفاقية فندق كورتيارد باي ماريوت النسيم ليتناغم مع تطلعات رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، والتي ترنو إلى ترسيخ مكانة المملكة كوجهة عالمية رائدة في مجال السياحة الدينية والثقافية. وفي إطار هذه الرؤية الشاملة، تستهدف المملكة استقطاب ثلاثين مليون زائر ديني بحلول عام 2030. وقد أسهم تيسير أداء مناسك العمرة على مدار العام، مقروناً بتسهيلات التأشيرة الإلكترونية، في تعزيز هذا النمو المتسارع. ويأتي الإعلان عن استضافة معرض إكسبو 2030 وبطولة كأس العالم 2034 ليتوج مكانة المملكة المرموقة على الساحة الدولية. وتمثل هذه الخطوة الاستراتيجية امتداداً طبيعياً للشراكة الاستراتيجية المثمرة التي سبق الإعلان عنها بين مجموعة بن داود للتجارة وماريوت لإدخال العلامة الفندقية الفاخرة جي دبليو ماريوت إلى مدينة جدة.
