بر الشرقية تطلق المنتدى الاستشاري بالتعاون معهد الإدارة العامة

أطلقت جمعية البر بالمنطقة الشرقية بالشراكة مع فرع معهد الإدارة العامة بالمنطقة الشرقية المنتدى الاستشاري ضمن فعاليات اللقاء السنوي (16) للجهات الأهلية بالمنطقة، وذلك خلال الفترة من 19-20 يناير الجاري.
ضمَّ المنتدى الذي أُطلِقَ في اليوم الأول من فعاليات اللقاء جلساتٍ استشاريةٍ متخصصة في مجالات التحول الاجتماعي، بمشاركة واسعة من المستشارين المتخصصين في القطاع الأهلي، والهادف إلى تمكين منظماته وتعزيز دورها المجتمعي في كافة الجوانب القيادية والإدارية والمالية والابتكارية والتقنية، مُناقشاً فيه أبرز القضايا العملية التي تواجه العاملين في القطاع، في موضوعات: الاستثمار الاجتماعي، وإدارة المعرفة، وتنمية الموارد البشرية، والجودة والتميز وصناعة الأثر، وغيره.

أخبار متعلقة آركابيتا وباركواي تستثمران في محفظة شركات ذكاء اصطناعي سريعة النمو"مدرستي".. تدعم العملية التعليمية وتعزز مهارات الطلاب ومعارفهموأشار رئيس منتدى الاستشارات الدكتور/ شاهر بن ظافر الشهري إلى اعتماد اللجنة التنظيمية للقاء لمنصةٍ إلكترونية أعدت خصيصاً لغرض استقبال طلبات الاستشارة والتي قُدِّمت بجدولةٍ مُسبقة بالتنسيق مع المستشارين، مُشيراً إلى أن المنتدى بُنِيَ على منظومة التخصصات ذات الاحتياج المباشر والكثيف في القطاع الأهلي، والتي تتقاطع مع مضامين ما قدَّمه اللقاء من أوراق عمل، وندوات، وحوارات، وتساؤلات احتاجت إلى زيادة تعميقها بشكلٍ أكثر تخصصاً، الأمر الذي أتاح "المنتدى الاستشاري" من خلاله فرصة الإجابة عليها مباشرةً عن طريق مجموعاتٍ متعددة تجمع المستشار بطالبي الخدمة، موضِّحاً في الوقتِ ذاته إلى استهداف المنتدى في عمومهِ رفع معرفة ومهارة العاملين في القطاع الأهلي وبناء قدراتهم الإدارية والقيادية، وتعريفهم بأهم مستجدات القطاع الاجتماعية والرقمية.
