حكومة أبوظبي تطلق استراتيجيتها الرقمية 2025-2027

أعلنت حكومة أبوظبي عن إطلاق “استراتيجية حكومة أبوظبي الرقمية 2025-2027″، لتعزيز مسيرة التحول في الإمارة نحو حكومة تعتمد على الذكاء الاصطناعي، حيث تهدف الاستراتيجية التي تتولى تنفيذها دائرة التمكين الحكومي – أبوظبي بالتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية في الإمارة، إلى تحقيق الريادة العالمية للإمارة في الحكومة المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع استثمارات تقدر قيمتها بـ13 مليار درهم حتى نهاية العام الجاري والعاميين المقبلين، بما يطور ويعزز منظومة الابتكار وتبني التكنولوجيا في إمارة أبوظبي.
وتستهدف الاستراتيجية تأسيس بنية تحتية متينة تشكّل أساساً رقمياً مرناً وقابلاً للتطوير، للوصول إلى تبني الحوسبة السحابية السيادية بنسبة 100% في مختلف العمليات الحكومية وأتمتتها ورقمنتها بنسبة 100%، وكذلك إنشاء منصة رقمية موحّدة لإدارة الموارد المؤسسية، بما يسهم في تبسيط العمليات ورفع مستويات الإنتاجية والكفاءة.
وكجزء من برنامج “الذكاء الاصطناعي للجميع” ضمن الاستراتيجية، تستثمر حكومة أبوظبي في تدريب وتمكين مواطني الإمارة في استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي المختلفة، إلى جانب استخدام أكثر من 200 حل مبتكر للذكاء الاصطناعي في كافة الخدمات الحكومية، ما يعزز مكانة إمارة أبوظبي كمركز عالمي للابتكار المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي. كما ستسهم الاستراتيجية في تطوير المعايير والأسس الرقمية القوية التي تضمن أعلى معايير الأمن السيبراني، المهيئة للتنبؤ بالتحديات المستقبلية ومعالجتها بكفاءة عالية.
وبهذه المناسبة، قال معالي أحمد تميم هشام الكتّاب، رئيس دائرة التمكين الحكومي: “تُجسّد استراتيجية حكومة أبوظبي الرقمية 2025-2027 رؤية قيادتنا الرشيدة لحكومة رائدة في الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال دمج حلوله في مختلف عملياتها للمساهمة بضمان بناء مستقبل يتسم بالاستباقية والمرونة العالية، ومدعوماً بالتكنولوجيا بشكل كامل. وعن طريق دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي والتقنيات السحابية والرؤى المبنية على البيانات في أسس ومنهجيات عمل حكومة أبوظبي، فإننا سنحدث تحولاً نوعياً في تجربة المتعاملين وتقديم الخدمات الحكومية، بما يعزز كفاءة العمليات الحكومية والإنتاجية، ويدفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة”.
وتستند “استراتيجية حكومة أبوظبي الرقمية” إلى ما يزيد عن عقد من التحول الرقمي، حيث ارتقت أبوظبي في مسارها من الحكومة الإلكترونية إلى الحكومة الذكية وصولاً إلى الحكومة الرقمية، وتتجه اليوم للوصول إلى حكومة رائدة في الخدمات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي للمواطنين والمقيمين والشركات عبر مختلف القطاعات.
وتشمل أبرز المبادرات التي جرى إطلاقها مؤخراً الجيل الثالث لمنصة الخدمات الحكومية “تم 3.0″، و”برنامج أبوظبي لتجربة متعاملين بلا جهد”، مما يمهد الطريق للجيل المقبل من الحلول والتقنيات الرقمية، المبنية على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتكنولوجيا المستدامة والحوسبة السحابية وتحليل البيانات.
ومن المتوقع أن تساهم الاستراتيجية بأكثر من 24 مليار درهم من إجمالي الناتج المحلي لإمارة أبوظبي بحلول العام 2027، ما سيسهم أيضاً في توفير أكثر من 5,000 فرصة عمل تدعم جهود التوطين.
ومن خلال مبادرات رئيسية، بما في ذلك الشراكات مع جامعة محمد بن زايد للذكاء الاصطناعي لتعزيز المهارات، و”مجلس أبحاث التكنولوجيا المتطورة” للوصول إلى نماذج اللغة الكبيرة، وتطوير البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي مع مجموعة G42، والشركاء العالميين، تعمل أبوظبي على ترسيخ مكانتها العالمية كمركز للحوكمة الرقمية والتنمية المستدامة.
