ما إن دخلت اتفاقية وقف إطلاق النَّار في غزة حيّز التنفيذ، حتى عادت بعض مظاهر الحياة العادية إلى القطاع الذي تعرض للتدمير على مدار 471 يوما، في محاولة من الأفراد والمؤسسات المدنية والأمنية لإصلاح ما دمره الاحتلال من بنى أساسية.
ولقد تسبب العدوان الإسرائيلي على غزة في تدمير جزء كبير من البنية الأساسية، بما في ذلك شبكات المياه والكهرباء والطرق، إلى جانب تدمير آلاف المنازل والمرافق العامة.
ومنذ اليوم الأول لوقف إطلاق النار، باشرت أجهزة وزارة الداخلية والأمن الوطني انتشارها في الشوارع ومفترقات الطرق الرئيسة بجميع محافظات قطاع غزة، وذلك لمساندة المواطنين وتقديم العون لهم وتأمين الممتلكات والتعامل مع مخلفات الاحتلال التي تشكل خطرا على حياة المواطنين.
وعملت أجهزة الوزارة المختلفة على مساندة الأجهزة الحكومية الأخرى في فتح الطرقات وإعادة تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين في المناطق التي انسحب منها جيش الاحتلال، خاصة في محافظتي شمال غزة ورفح التي شهدتا تدميراً شاملا.
وفي السياق، تعمل بلدية غزة على رفع الركام من الشوارع وتنحية أكوام القمامة، والعمل وفق الإمكانيات المتاحة لمساعدة العائلات والتخفيف من الكارثة الإنسانية التي لحقت بالقطاع.
وأشار رئيس البلدية، يحيى السراج، أن البلدية لم تنقطع يوما واحدا طوال أيام العدوان، بل ظلت واقفة إلى جانب أبناء المدينة، وعملت بكل ما في وسعها للتخفيف من الكارثة التي لحقت بها نتيجة العدوان.
ودعا السراج المجتمع الدولي إلى الإسراع في الوقوف إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني، وتقديم الدعم اللازم لإعادة الإعمار والتخفيف من الكارثة التي لحقت بالمدينة.
وفي الجنوب، تواصل لجنة طوارئ في بلدية خانيونس جهودها لفتح الشوارع المُغلقة بالركام لتسهيل عودة النازحين إلى منازلهم خاصة القرى الشرقية ومدينة رفح.
وأعلنت بلدية خان يونس أنه تم ترحيل 1500 طن ركام من الشوارع الرئيسة ومفترقات الطرق، في اليوم الأول من دخول الهدنة حيز التنفيذ.
وأشارت حركة المقاومة الإسلامية "حماس"، إلى أنه على مدار 471 يوما لم تفلح جرائم الاحتلال في زحزحة الشعب ومقاومته عن التمسك بالأرض ومجابهة العدوان، مضيفة: "ما كشفته صور الدمار الواسع الذي طال البنى التحتية بغزة دليل على وحشية الكيان المنفلت من القيم الإنسانية".
وتابعت قائلة: "غزة بشعبها العظيم ستنهض لتعيد بناء ما دمره الاحتلال وتواصل الصمود حتى دحره وإقامة دولة مستقلة وعاصمتها القدس، يجب تفعيل كل الأطر القانونية الدولية لمحاكمة قادة الاحتلال وجيشه كمجرمي حرب".
الدفاع المدني: تنتظرنا مهام شاقة وصعبة
وقال الدفاع المدني في غزة، إنِّه تنتظره مهام شاقة وصعبة" خلال البحث عن جثامين أكثر من 10 آلاف قتيل، يعتقد أنهم ما زالوا تحت أنقاض المنازل والمباني والمنشآت المدمرة في القطاع، ولم تُضف أسماؤهم للحصيلة التي تصدرها وزارة الصحة.
ولفت الدفاع المدني، في بيان، النظر إلى "تبخر" جثامين 2840 قتيلاً لم يعثر لهم على أثر، وذلك بفعل استخدام جيش الاحتلال أسلحة تنتج عنها درجات حرارة ما بين 7000-9000 درجة مئوية تصهر كل ما هو في مركز الانفجار.
وطالب الدفاع المدني بإدخال طواقم دفاع مدني بمُعداتها من الدول الشقيقة إلى قطاع غزة للمساعدة في التعامل مع الواقع الكارثي الذي خلفته الحرب، والذي يفوق قدرة جهاز الدفاع المدني في قطاع غزة.
