أطلقت مجموعة فايف سيزون حملتها التوعوية لعام 2025، بالتعاون مع نخبة من أطباء العيون، بهدف زيادة الوعي المجتمعي بأهمية المحافظة على صحة النظر وتأثير استخدام وسائل التقنية الحديثة والتطبيقات على صحة العيون، خاصة لدى الأطفال في المجتمع السعودي.
وتركز الحملة على تسليط الضوء على التأثير السلبي للاستخدام المفرط للأجهزة الذكية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مشيرة إلى عوامل رئيسية مثل مدة المشاهدة، المسافة بين العين والشاشة، وضعية الجلوس، الإضاءة المناسبة، وأهمية ترطيب العين.

وتهدف الحملة إلى تعزيز ثقافة الفحص الدوري للنظر كل ستة أشهر لضمان سلامة العين واكتشاف أي مشكلات مبكرًا.

كما تركز الحملة على أهمية ترطيب العيون باستخدام القطرات الموصوفة، وأخذ فترات راحة منتظمة أثناء استخدام الأجهزة الإلكترونية، والتأكد من المسافة الصحيحة بين العين والشاشة، خاصة عند مشاهدة التلفزيون أو استخدام الحواسيب والتأكد من اضاءة المكان والحذر من الظلام واستخدام الاجهزة ليلا.
