اتهمت موسكو القوات الأوكرانية بقتل ما لا يقل عن 7 مدنيين في منطقة كورسك جنوب روسيا خلال احتلالها الأخير للمنطقة.
وعُثر على المدنيين في قبو مبنى سكني في قرية روسكوي بوريتشنوي، التي تقع في منطقة سودجانسكي، وفقًا لما ذكرته لجنة التحقيق المركزية في موسكو.عمل إرهابي ضد السكان الآمنين

ولم يجر التحقق من محتوى الفيديو الضبابي بشكل مستقل، ولم يصدر أي رد فعل أولي من الجانب الأوكراني.انتهاك للقانون الإنساني الدولي
وصفت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا، القتل بأنه انتهاك جسيم للقانون الإنساني الدولي.
وقالت: "هذه الفظائع دليل إضافي على المواقف الإرهابية والنازية الجديدة لنظام كييف".
واتهمت المسؤولين عن الحادث بتنفيذ "مجزرة أكلة لحوم البشر" نتيجة للإحباط من الخسائر الأوكرانية على الجبهة.
وأضافت أن "الغرب يتحمل أيضًا مسؤولية الجريمة بعد تقديم الأسلحة والأموال لكييف".هجوم أوكراني مضاد
شنت القوات الأوكرانية هجوما مضادا مفاجئا في منطقة كورسك الروسية في أغسطس، واحتلت العديد من القرى.
ويهدف هذا الهجوم إلى تحسين الوضع الأوكراني قبل التفاوض على إنهاء الحرب التي بدأت منذ ما يقارب 3 سنوات.
وكانت كييف اتهمت القوات المسلحة الروسية بارتكاب مئات من جرائم الحرب خلال النزاع، بما في ذلك القتل الجماعي للمدنيين.
