عاجل - إلزام تلقي اللقاحات قبل 10 أيام من العمرة وزيارة المسجد النبوي

أصدرت وزارة الصحة عدد من الاشتراطات والإرشادات الصحية المتعلقة بالقادمين إلى المملكة لأداء مناسك العمرة أو زيارة المسجد النبوي الشريف أو كليهما، أو التواجد في مناطق العمرة والزيارة للعام 1446هـ الموافق 2025م.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن هذه الاشتراطات تأتي ضمن جهودها لضمان سلامة وصحة الزوار والمعتمرين، انسجامًا مع مستجدات الوضع الوبائي العالمي والتقييم المحدث للمخاطر الصحية.

وشددت الوزارة على أهمية الالتزام بهذه الاشتراطات لتوفير بيئة صحية آمنة لجميع القادمين إلى المملكة.
أخبار متعلقة بدء إضافة الدورات التدريبية لشاغلي الوظائف الإدارية عبر نظام "فارس"43 سم تخترق العمود الفقري.. فريق طبي ينقذ حياة مقيم في المدينة المنورةواشتملت الاشتراطات الصحية على تلقي التحصينات الإلزامية اللازمة، ومنها لقاح الحمى الشوكية النيسيرية، الذي يجب تلقيه قبل السفر بمدة لا تقل عن عشرة أيام. ويتضمن ذلك اللقاحات المعتمدة مثل اللقاح (ACYWX) متعدد السكريات المقترن أو اللقاح الرباعي (ACYW135) متعدد السكريات. وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن شهادة التطعيم تكون سارية لمدة ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ أخذ اللقاح الرباعي ومدة خمس سنوات من تاريخ أخذ اللقاح متعدد السكريات المقترن. وشملت الفئة المستهدفة جميع الراغبين في أداء مناسك العمرة من البالغين والأطفال ممن تزيد أعمارهم عن سنة واحدة.
كما تضمنت الاشتراطات إلزام القادمين من الدول التي يسري فيها فيروس شلل الأطفال البري أو المشتق من اللقاح بتلقي جرعة واحدة على الأقل من لقاح شلل الأطفال الفموي ثنائي التكافؤ (bOPV) أو لقاح شلل الأطفال المعطل (IPV). وأكدت الوزارة على ضرورة وضوح اسم اللقاح المستخدم وتاريخ إعطائه في شهادة التطعيم، مشيرة إلى أن هذه الإرشادات تشمل القادمين من الدول التي سجلت فيها حالات شلل رخو حاد أو نتائج إيجابية للفيروس في العينات البيئية.
وفيما يخص لقاح الحمى الصفراء، شددت الوزارة على أهمية تلقي جميع القادمين من الدول التي تسري فيها الحمى الصفراء اللقاح قبل القدوم إلى المملكة بمدة لا تقل عن عشرة أيام. وأوضحت أن شهادة التطعيم تصبح سارية مدى الحياة.
تضمنت التوصيات العامة الصادرة عن الوزارة ضرورة التأكد من تحديث التحصينات الأساسية مثل الدفتيريا والكزاز والسعال الديكي وشلل الأطفال والحصبة والنكاف والجدري المائي. كما أوصت الوزارة بالالتزام بالإرشادات الصحية الوقائية، والتي تشمل غسل اليدين بالماء والصابون أو استخدام المطهرات، وارتداء الكمامات في الأماكن المزدحمة، وتجنب مخالطة الأشخاص الذين تظهر عليهم أعراض الأمراض التنفسية، إضافة إلى تجنب مشاركة الأدوات الشخصية.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أهمية اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لتجنب الأمراض المنقولة عبر الماء والغذاء، مثل الحرص على غسل الخضروات والفواكه الطازجة جيدًا وطهي الطعام بشكل كامل وحفظه في درجات حرارة آمنة. وأوصت بعدم تناول الأطعمة المكشوفة أو المخزنة خارج الثلاجة، والامتناع عن شرب الحليب غير المبستر أو تناول اللحوم النيئة.
كما قدمت الوزارة إرشادات تتعلق بالإجهاد الحراري وضربات الحرارة، حيث دعت المعتمرين والزوار، خاصة كبار السن، إلى تجنب التعرض المباشر لأشعة الشمس، وشرب كميات كافية من السوائل. وأوصت المسافرين من الدول المصدرة للمعتمرين والزوار بتقديم التوعية اللازمة حول سبل الوقاية من الإجهاد الحراري، وأكدت على ضرورة مراجعة الطبيب قبل السفر في حال استخدام أدوية قد تزيد من خطر الجفاف مثل مدرات البول.
وفيما يتعلق بالإجراءات الوقائية بمنافذ الدخول، أكدت الوزارة على تطبيق التدابير الوقائية المناسبة، والتي تشمل إعطاء المضادات الحيوية أو اللقاحات الوقائية حسب تقييم المخاطر الصحية، وتطبيق إجراءات الفرز الصحي للحالات المشتبه بها، مثل حالات الإسهال وإجراء الفحوصات السريعة للكشف عن الكوليرا عند الحاجة. كما أكدت على ضرورة خضوع وسائل النقل القادمة من الدول المنتشر فيها الحمى الصفراء وفيروس زيكا وحمى الضنك للتطهير وفقًا للضوابط الصحية الدولية.
