مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يحقق حلم عشرينية في تطويل القامة 14 سم خلال 6 أشهر

بفضل من الله، حقق مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، حلم سيدة تبلغ من العمر 22 عاماً في تطويل قامتها وزيادة 14 سم إلى طولها البالغ 140سم، وذلك بعد تعرضها لضغوط نفسية واجتماعية. ذكر ذلك الدكتور عبدالرحمن الرفاعي استشاري جراحة العظام والمفاصل والتشوهات العظمية، وجراحات الورك المتقدمة، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج الحاصل على الزمالة السويسرية.

وقال الدكتور الرفاعي أن الفريق الطبي عقب دراسته كافة معطيات النتائج وحالة المراجعة الصحية، قرر التدخل على مرحلتين، أولاً تطويل القامة عبر إجراء العملية في عظم الساق أسفل الركبة ، والمرحلة الثانية تطويل عظم الفخذ أعلى الركبة ، مشيراً إلى ان التطويل لم يقتصر على العظم فقط، ولكن شمل أيضاً زيادة طول كلاً من الأوردة والشرايين والأعصاب والعضلات والأوتار والجلد بشكل تجميلي.
مفيداً بأنه تم طلب المسمار المغناطيسي النخاعي من كبرى الشركات العالمية، وأخضعت المراجعة لعملية دقيقة استغرقت ساعتين تحت التخدير العام، وتم فيها استخدام تقنيات الأشعة التداخلية لتحقيق أعلى درجات الدقة والأمان، حيث تم عمل قص لعظم الساق بالجهتين وزراعة "المسمار المغناطيسي" من خلال جروح صغيرة لا تتجاوز طولها (1) سم مع مراعاة العامل التجميلي. شارحاً أن القص العظمي يهدف إلى إعطاء مساحة لنمو عظم جديد في الفراغ بين العظمتين.
وقد استطاعت المراجعة المشي في اليوم الأول باستخدام المشاية الرباعية، وخرجت من المستشفى بعد 48 ساعة مع إعطائها جهاز متطور، يعمل على تحفيز نمو العظم، موضحاً أنه بعد مرور أسبوعين على التدخل الجراحي تم البدء بإجراء جلستين بالمنزل، عبر توجيه الجهاز المعطى لها مسبقاً ناحية المسمار الذي تم تركيبه داخلياً بالساقين، والذي يقوم بدوره بإصدار ذبذبات مغناطيسية لمدة دقيقة واحدة دون الشعور بأي ألم ، على أن يتم تكرار الخطوات مرتين إلى ثلاثة مرات يومياً لمدة 3 اشهر، مع زيارة العيادة كل أسبوعين للإطمئنان على سرعة نمو العظم، إذ وصل التطويل في الساقين أسفل الركبة بفضل الله 8 سم.
