تشارك مجموعة الدكتور سليمان الحبيب الطبية، في مؤتمر لينك LINC (2025) العالمي، الذي سينعقد في مدينة لا يبزغ بألمانيا خلال الفترة من "28 إلى 30" من يناير الجاري، بثلاث أوراق عمل، من ضمنها علاج حالة تسرب دموي مستمر لمدة سنتين داخل كيس "أم الدم" بدون عملية، وتعود الحالة لمراجع ثمانيني تم علاجه منذ نحو سنتين بمستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالريان، عبر القسطرة التداخلية لعلاج مرض "أم الدم" كبير بلغ حجمه 6,7 سم في الشريان الأبهر البطني Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm، علماً بأن الحجم الطبيعي لهذا الشريان هو 2 سم وإن تعدى 3 سم يعتبر متوسعاً، وإن بلغ 5,5 سم يعتبر قد وصل مرحلة الخطر، ويستوجب التدخل العاجل.

وغادر المراجع المستشفى، بحالة صحية جيدة، لكنه عاد بعد عامين عقب اكتشاف تسريب دموى داخل "كيس أم الدم"، من قبل أطباء بمستشفى آخر كان يتابع فيه حالته.
