الكارت الموحد.. نقلة نوعية نحو عدالة اجتماعية وشمول مالي في مصر

في إطار الجهود المستمرة لتحسين الخدمات الحكومية وتعزيز كفاءة توزيع الدعم، يأتي تطبيق "الكارت الموحد" كأحد الابتكارات الهامة التي تهدف إلى تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية وتيسير حصول المواطنين على حقوقهم.
ويجمع هذا الكارت بين العديد من الخدمات في نظام رقمي واحد، مما يسهم في تحسين الأداء الحكومي وتعزيز الثقة بين المواطنين ومؤسسات الدولة.
من جانبه، قال المحلل الاقتصادي إسلام الأمين، إن منظومة "الكارت الموحد" تمثل خطوة نوعية نحو تحقيق التكامل الرقمي في الخدمات الحكومية.
وأضاف الأمين في تصريحات لــ “ صدى البلد” أن الكارت يدمج العديد من الخدمات مثل الدعم التمويني والتأمين الصحي والمدفوعات الإلكترونية والعديد من الخدمات الأخرى في كارت واحد، مما يقلل من البيروقراطية ويسهل وصول المواطنين إلى الخدمات الأساسية.
وأشار الأمين، إلى أن الكارت الموحد يعتمد على أنظمة رقمية حديثة تضمن وصول الدعم إلى مستحقيه بدقة، ما يسهم في تقليل فرص التلاعب وسوء استخدام الموارد العامة.
ولفت إلى أن هذه الآلية تعزز الشفافية وتزيد من الثقة في النظام الحكومي، مما يجعلها أداة فعالة في مكافحة الفساد، موضحًا أن تحسين عملية توزيع الدعم عبر الكارت الموحد يتيح توجيه الموارد بشكل أكثر كفاءة لتحسين ظروف المعيشة للفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.
كما أبرز الدور المحوري للكارت في تعزيز الشمول المالي، حيث يسهم في دمج قطاعات كبيرة من المجتمع في النظام المالي الرسمي من خلال فتح حسابات شخصية في هيئة البريد، وهذا التكامل يساعد في توسيع نطاق الخدمات المالية ودعم الاقتصاد الرقمي، مما يخلق فرصًا للنمو المستدام.
ويُعد الكارت الموحد خطوة استراتيجية نحو التحول الرقمي وتحقيق الكفاءة في تقديم الخدمات الحكومية، وهو ما يعزز الشفافية، يرفع رضا المواطنين، ويدعم الاقتصاد الوطني بمختلف جوانبه.
