نشرت هيئة التأمين عبر حسابها على منصة إكس عن منتج تأمين يخصّ” التأمين على العيوب الخفية“، والذي وجد من أجل تعزيز سلامة وجودة المباني والمنشآت أثناء مراحل الإنشاء، بما يحقق حماية طويلة الأجل تصل إلى 10 سنوات ضد العيوب الخفية التي لم تكتشف أثناء عمليات الإنشاء.
ويظهر من وثيقة التأمين أنها تُلزم مالك المشروع والمقاول بإصدارها من خلال التعاون مع شركة تأمين مرخصة من الجهات المختصة، مع اشتراط الاستعانة بشركات فحص فني معتمدة من قبل شركة التأمين لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير الهندسية والجودة المطلوبة.
