مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر ينجح في إستئصال ورم ضخم بالكبد والمرارة عبر عملية منظار متقدمة ودون شق جراحي

نجح مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، في إنهاء معاناة مريضة "خمسينية" بعد عملية نوعية ومتقدمة لإستئصال ورم سرطاني ضخم، نشأ بالفص الأيمن من الكبد، وتغلغل إلى المرارة، وملتصق بشكل كبير بالقولون، وجرت العملية عن طريق المنظار الجراحي بشكل كامل، دون الحاجة للشق الجراحي التقليدي.
ذكر ذلك د.عبدالوهاب الشهراني، إستشاري الجراحة العامة وجراحات السمنة، والمناظير المتقدمة وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج، الذي قال أن المريضة حولت إلى المستشفى من مستشفى آخر، مشتكية من ألم المستمرة وانتفاخ بالبطن، والشعور بالوهن والتعب والغثيان ونقص حاد بالوزن، حيث أجريت لها عدة فحوصات طبية دقيقة أبرزها الأشعة المقطعية والرنين المغناطيسي للكبد وفحوصات هرمونات الأورام، حيث كشفت النتائج عن وجود ورم سرطاني ضخم في الفص الأيمن من الكبد ومتمدد إلى المرارة وملاصق للقولون، وعلى ضوء هذه المعطيات تقرر إجراء عملية إستئصال للورم بالمنظار الجراحي بشكل كامل.

وأضاف د. عبدالوهاب أنه بعد إكتمال كافة التحضيرات والتجهيزات الطبية المتقدمة بغرفة العمليات، وبعد دراسة العملية مع كافة التخصصات الطبية ذات الصلة، خضعت المريضة لعملية نوعية متقدمة، تم فيها إستئصال الفص الأيمن من الكبد المحتوي على الورم، والقنوات المرارية والمرارة وفصل الورم من القولون، وكذلك إستئصال الغدد اللمفاوية بالقنوات المرارية الجامعة بالمنظار بشكل كامل دون الحاجة للشق الجراحي.
وبفضل الله تكللت العملية التي إستمرت لـ"6" ساعات متواصلة بالنجاح، وتمت إفاقة المريض بغرفة العمليات مباشرة، دون الحاجة لنقل أي وحدة دم، ومن ثم نقلت إلى العناية المركزة ووضعت تحت الملاحظة لمدة "24" ساعة ومن ثم إلى جناح الجراحة وهي بحالة صحية مستقرة.
وأوضح د. عبدالوهاب، أن هذه العملية تعد من العمليات الكبيرة والمتقدمة في مجال جراحات أورام الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية على كافة المستويات، مشيراً إلى أن الورم يعد أضخم أورام الكبد التي تم التعامل معها بالمستشفى، حيث أن مثل هذه العمليات لا تعمل إلا في مراكز تخصصية محددة بالعالم، موضحاً أن تقنية المنظار ساعدت في التقليل من مضاعفات العملية المحتملة وسرعة تعافي المريضة وخروجها من المستشفى، ولفت إلى أن هذه العملية تمثل إضافة جديدة لنجاحات المستشفى الطبية، التي تحققت بفضل الله، ثم كفاءة وتمرس الفريق الطبي، وكذلك التجهيزات الطبية المتقدمة التي تحظى بها وحدة جراحات المناظير المتقدمة وجراحات الكبد والبنكرياس والقنوات المرارية بالمستشفى.
