تفاصيل أول زيارة رسمية لسلطات سوريا الجديدة إلى السعودية

وصل وفد سوري رفيع المستوى إلى السعودية الأربعاء في أول زيارة رسمية تقوم بها السلطات السورية الجديدة منذ الاطاحة بالرئيس السابق بشار الاسد مطلع ديسمبر الفائت، وفق ما ذكر الإعلام الرسمي.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء السورية (سانا) عن مصدر في وزارة الخارجية أن "وفدا رسميا سوريا على رأسه وزير الخارجية أسعد الشيباني ووزير الدفاع مرهف أبو قصرة ورئيس جهاز الاستخبارات العامة أنس خطاب يصل الى العاصمة السعودية الرياض في أول زيارة رسمية خارجية بعد دعوة من وزير الخارجية السعودي".
واستقبل نائب وزير الخارجية السعودي وليد بن عبد الكريم الخريجي الوفد السوري في مطار الملك خالد الدولي في العاصمة الرياض.
وكانت السلطات السعودية، قد أعلنت الأربعاء، تسيير جسر جوي إلى سوريا حاملا مساعدات إنسانية من إمدادات طبية وغذائية وإيوائية "للتخفيف من الأوضاع الصعبة" على السوريين.
وأوردت وكالة الأنباء السعودية (واس) أن "مركز الملك سلمان للإغاثة والأعمال الإنسانية سيّر الأربعاء أولى طلائع الجسور الإغاثية السعودية المقدمة للشعب السوري الشقيق، من مطار الملك خالد الدولي، وتحمل على متنها مواد غذائية وإيوائية وطبية متجهة إلى مطار دمشق الدولي للإسهام في تخفيف آثار الأوضاع الصعبة التي يمر بها الشعب السوري حاليا".
ونقلت الوكالة عن المشرف العام على المركز عبد الله الربيعة أن "الجسر الإغاثي الجوي الذي انطلق اليوم سيتبعه جسر بري آخر خلال الأيام القليلة المقبلة وسيقدم الإغاثة العاجلة للأشقاء السوريين".
وكان وفد حكومي سعودي رفيع المستوى قد زار نهاية الشهر الماضي دمشق حيث التقى القائد العام للإدارة السورية الجديدة أحمد الشرع الملقب بـ"أبو محمد الجولاني".
وتسبب النزاع السوري منذ اندلاعه عام 2011 بانهيار النظام الصحي في البلاد، بحسب منظمة الصحة العالمية التي أشار مسؤولوها الأسبوع الماضي أن "حوالي نصف المستشفيات السورية خارجة عن الخدمة".
