"السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري" و"حصانة الاستثمارية" توقعان مذكرة تفاهم لتطوير أسواق التوريق في المملكة

وقّعت الشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري SRC ، اليوم، مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة حصانة الاستثمارية "حصانة" - بصفتها المدير الاستثماري للمؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية-، بهدف الاستمرار في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان وبرنامج تطوير القطاع المالي في المملكة بما يتماشى مع أهداف رؤية 2030، وذلك بحضور معالي وزير البلديات والإسكان الأستاذ ماجد بن عبدالله الحقيل، ومعالي وزير المالية الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالله الجدعان.

وتهدف مذكرة التفاهم إلى تعميق وتوسيع نطاق أسواق المال في المملكة، وتعزيز السيولة في قطاع التمويل العقاري من خلال تقديم فئة أصول مبتكرة في المملكة - والأولى من نوعها في المنطقة - عبر إصدار أوراق مالية مدعومة برهونات عقارية سكنية، لجذب قاعدة متنوعة من المستثمرين المحليين والعالميين في السوق العقارية الثانوية وتوسع فرص الاستثمار في القطاع.

يُذكر أن الشركة السعودية لإعادة التمويل العقاري تأسست من صندوق الاستثمارات العامة عام 2017 بهدف تطوير سوق التمويل العقاري بالمملكة، وذلك بعد حصولها على ترخيص من البنك المركزي السعودي، إذ تؤدي (SRC ) دورًا أساسيًا في تحقيق مستهدفات برنامج الإسكان - أحد برامج رؤية 2030 - الرامية إلى رفع معدل تملك المنازل بين المواطنين السعوديين، من خلال توفير السيولة للممولين لتمكينهم من توفير تمويل سكني ميسور التكلفة للأفراد، والعمل بشكل وثيق مع الشركاء لدعم منظومة الإسكان بالمملكة.
وتركز شركة حصانة الاستثمارية على تحقيق عوائد مالية مستدامة؛ من خلال الاستثمارات الإستراتيجية في مجموعة متنوعة من القطاعات، ما يعكس التزامها بتوفير مستقبل مالي آمن للأجيال السعودية.
