صحة الدقهلية تبحث مؤشرات الآداء وخطط العمل المقبلة

عقد الدكتور تامر مدكور ، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالدقهلية اجتماعا مع مديري المستشفيات العامة والمركزية والنوعية بالمحافظة، لمناقشة خطط العمل السابقة والمقبلة، والتأكيد على الالتزام بالبروتوكولات العلاجية و الدلائل الارشادية المرسلة من الوزارة .
جاء ذلك بحضور الدكتور أحمد البيلى وكيل المديرية للطب العلاجى والدكتور السيد فاروق مدير إدارة المستشفيات والدكتورة شيرين يحيى نائب مدير إدارة المستشفيات.
وأكد وكيل وزارة الصحة، خلال الاجتماع على أهمية عرض مؤشرات الأداء بكل قسم طبي بصور دورية وربطها بحوافز الاطباء ، علاوة على المؤشرات الخاصة بالعمليات و مراجعة كافة الاجهزة و التأكد من تشغيلها و الاستفادة منها خاصة المناظير بكافة انوعها
كما وجه بإعداد خطة للاستفادة من كافة الكوادر البشريه بالمستشفى بما ينعكس إيجابيا على الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للمرضى والمواطنين مشيرا إلى أهمية متابعة نواقص المستلزمات الطبية والأدوية وضمان وجودها بكفاءة لضمان تقديم الرعاية الصحية بالشكل الأمثل.
ولفت مدكور إلى مراجعة ملفات الصيانة والرواكد، وضرورة الاهتمام بالسلامة والصحة المهنية في المستشفيات، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بصيانة الأسانسير والمعدات الطبية الأخرى.
وفى ختام الاجتماع شدد وكيل الوزارة على تلافى السلبيات الواردة بتقارير المرور الإشرافية فيما يتعلق بالالتزام بالزى الرسمى والمرور الفنى على ملفات المرضى الداخلى من قبل بعض رؤساء الهيئة الطبية .

وسيناقش أعضاء المؤتمر آخر المستجدات والأبحاث في طب العناية المركزة، بالإضافة إلى حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية البيئة الخاصة بأفضل إجراءات سلامة المرضى بالعناية الحرجة، وسبل الإرتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة، والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
ويستهدف هذا المؤتمر الأطباء والممارسين والأكاديميين الصحيين والمختصين بالعناية الحرجة، وممرضات وحدات العناية المركزة، ومعالجي الجهاز التنفسي، من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى، حول المستجدات الحديثة في طب العناية المركزة التي توصل لها الأطباء لمشاركتها مع الحضور، مما سينعكس ايجاباً على مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
وسيصاحب هذا المؤتمر معرض متخصص يشارك فيه عدداً من كبريات الشـركات الطبية العالمية في تقنيات وأجهزة العناية الحرجة.
