زيلينسكي: مستعدون لعلاقات استراتيجية مع سوريا

أنقرة (زمان التركية) – أعرب الرئيس الأوكراني، فلاديمير زيلينسكي، عن سعادته بقاء وزير الخارجية الأوكراني، اندريه سيبيغا، مع القائد العام للإدارة السورية الجديدة، أحمد الشرع.
وأوضح زيلينسكي أن أوكرانيا مستعدة لإقامة علاقات استراتيجية وطويلة الأمد مع سوريا، مفيدا أن أوكرانيا تدعم إعادة الاستقرار والأمن والحياة الطبيعية في سوريا بعد الإطاحة بالنظام الديكتاتوري الذي ظل قائما لعشرات السنوات.
وخلال لقائه مع الشرع، صرح سيبيغا أن الجانب الأوكراني ينتظر من سوريا دعم وحدة الأراضي الأوكرانية وسيادتها.
جدير بالذكر أن الرئيس السوري المخلوع، بشار الأسد، اعترف في عام 2022 بأن مناطق دونيتسك ولوهانسك الأوكرانية روسية بعد احتلال القوات الروسية لها. وعقب هذا القرار، أعلن زيلينسكي قطع العلاقات مع سوريا.
وذكر سيبيغا أن المباحثات مع الإدارة السورية الجديدة مهمة وبناء للطرفين، حيث أكد في تصريحاته عقب لقائه مع الشرع على رغبة أوكرانيا في تعزيز علاقاتها مع سوريا والإسهام في استقرار المنطقة.
من جانبه، وصف زيلينسكي لقاءات الوفد الأوكراني مع الإدارة السورية الجديدة ووزرائها بالخطوة المهمة للتعاون بين البلدين قائلا: “نولي اهتمام لفرصة إعادة الحياة الطبيعية والمستقرة في سوريا من جديد”.
هذا وأعلن زيلينسكي استعداد أوكرانيا لإقامة مستقبل مشترك مع سوريا.
