سفينة أرويا كروز: أول سفينة سياحية سعودية بتجربة فريدة

سلطت صحيفة “ذا صن” البريطانية، الضوء على تجربة إطلاق أول خط عربي للرحلات البحرية في المملكة العربية السعودية، حيث أطلقت أول سفينة سياحية في تاريخها، ضمن أحدث خططها لجذب السياح الأجانب.
وانطلقت سفينة الرحلات البحرية الفاخرة “أرويا كروز” من مدينة جدة على الساحل الغربي للمملكة واتجهت نحو مصر على البحر الأحمر في 11 ديسمبر – ولكن لم يكن لها وجهة ثابتة.
ماذا نعرف عن السفينة السياحية أرويا؟
يبلغ طول السفينة العملاقة المتمايلة 330 مترا وتمتد على 19 طابقًا، وتخدم ما يقرب من 1700 كابينة بواسطة طاقم على متن السفينة مكون من 1500 شخص، و20 مرفقاً ترفيهيا، و29 مطعمًا.
كانت الرحلة بأكملها مليئة بالفخامة وتم تنظيمها بعناية لمنح المؤثرين المدعوين على متن الطائرة تجربة عربية فاخرة.
تشكل الأجنحة والمرافق الأكثر تميزًا جزءًا من تجربة “الخزامي الفاخرة”،يتميز مكان الإقامة الفخم بخزائن ملابس واسعة وشرفات شخصية واسعة وحمامات مستقلة وبارات ومطاعم مفتوحة على مدار 24 ساعة تقدم المأكولات الفرنسية العربية المختلطة.
وبعد رحلة 11 ديسمبر التي انطلقت خصيصا لجذب وسائل الإعلام، بدأت الرحلات التجارية في 16 ديسمبر إلى وجهات مختلفة بما في ذلك جزر خاصة في البحر الأحمر ومصر والأردن.
تم طلب السفينة الضخمة في البداية من قبل شركة الرحلات البحرية Star Cruises ومقرها هونج كونج وأطلق عليها اسم World Dream، لكنها واجهت مشاكل عندما أصبحت بؤرة لحالات كوفيد-19 وتم عزلها في عام 2020.
في عام 2023، تم بيع السفينة بالمزاد العلني وتم شراؤها من قبل شركة كروز السعودية مقابل 300 مليون جنيه إسترليني، وتم إرسالها للتجديدات استعدادًا لإطلاقها.
وقال رئيس شركة أرويا كروزس، جورج رودولف: “نحن فخورون للغاية برؤية السفينة أرويا تنطلق في أول رحلة تجارية لها من جدة بعد عامين من العمل الجاد والتفاني”.
وفي عام 2025، ستبدأ السفينة الضخمة في القيام برحلات إلى البحر الأبيض المتوسط والإمارات العربية المتحدة والبحرين.
ويعد إطلاق أرويا الخطوة الأولى لتجربة الرحلات البحرية في المملكة، والتابعة لشركة “كروز السعودية”، ضمن خطط مشروع تعزيز الدعاية لرؤية 2030 في الخليج.
مشروع نيوم
وأشارت “صن” إلى أن الجوهرة في تاج رؤية 2030 هي مدينة ضخمة تبلغ تكلفتها تريليون جنيه إسترليني تسمى نيوم، والتي كان من المقرر أن تكون موطنًا لمشروع مدينة ذا لاين غير التقليدي الشهير.
وكان من المفترض أن يكون المشروع عبارة عن ناطحة سحاب جانبية بطول 106 ميل وعرض 200 متر، تستوعب 9 ملايين شخص، و”تسلط الضوء على طرق بديلة للعيش”.
لقد وعد السعوديون في البداية بأن مشروع نيوم سيكون جاهزًا للعمل بحلول عام 2030، لكن أي أمل في الوفاء بهذا الموعد النهائي لم يتبدد.
ومع ذلك، من المتوقع الآن أن يتم الانتهاء من بناء ميل ونصف فقط من خط “ذا لاين” بحلول عام 2030، ويتم تقليص الخطط الكبرى.
وفي حديثه خلال فعالية أقيمت في العاصمة السعودية الرياض في وقت سابق من الشهر الجاري، قال وزير المالية محمد بن عبد الله الجدعان إن مشروع نيوم سيستغرق عقودا من الزمن حتى يكتمل.
وتستعد المملكة العربية السعودية أيضًا لاستضافة كأس العالم لكرة القدم 2034، وكشفت عن رؤيتها لبناء 12 ملعبًا في جميع أنحاء البلاد.
