قرار عاجل بشأن استثناء العاملين بوزارة الكهرباء من ضوابط مدد الإعارات والإجازات بدون أجر

قرر الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء استثناء العاملون بوزارة الكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة والجهات والشركات التابعة لها هيئة تنمية واستخدام الطاقة الجديدة والمتجددة هيئة الطاقة الذرية هيئة المواد النووية ، هيئة المحطات النووية لتوليد الكهرباء ، جهاز تنظيم مرفق الكهرباء وحماية المستهلك ، الشركة القابضة لكهرباء مصر وشركاتها التابعة ، الشركة المصرية لنقل الكهرباء من تطبيق أحكام قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ١٨٠٤ لسنة ۲۰۲۲ المشار إليه والخاص بالإعارات والإجازات الخاصة بدون أجر للعمل بالخارج
استثناء العاملين بالكهرباء من ضوابط مدد الإعارات والإجازات بدون أجرونشرت الجريدة الرسمية في عددها الصادر قرار رقم ٤٤٩٩ لسنة ٢٠٢٤ وعلى قانون الكهرباء الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨٧ لسنة ٢٠١٥ والاطلاع على الدستور وعلى قانون الخدمة المدنية الصادر بالقانون رقم ٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٦ وعلى قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم ۱۸۰٤ لسنة ۲۰۲۲ بشأن إطلاق مدد استثناء العاملين بالكهرباء من ضوابط مدد الإعارات والإجازات بدون أجر.
ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويعمل به من اليوم التالي لتاريخ نشره. صدر برئاسة مجلس الوزراء في ۲۲ جمادى الآخرة سنة ١٤٤٦هـ
