جمعية كتاب الرأي تستضيف الرئيس التنفيذي للسجل العقاري

أكد الرئيس التنفيذي للسجل العقاري الدكتور محمد السليمان أن السجل العقاري يواصل أعماله في تسجيل العقارات في المناطق المعلنة والتي تجاوزت 2.1 مليون عقار في خمس مناطق داخل المملكة، منوّها إلى أن السجل العقاري يعمل على تدقيق البيانات ومراجعتها مع جميع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، وذلك لبناء قاعدة بيانات رقمية لقطاع العقار تعزز موثوقيته وشفافيته وتدعم نموه واستدامته.

جاء ذلك خلال اللقاء الذي استضافته الجمعية السعودية لكتاب الرأي بالمنطقة الشرقية مع الدكتور محمد السليمان في ديوانيتها بمدينة الخبر، وأدار اللقاء الأستاذ فضل البوعينين عضو مجلس الشورى وعضو مجلس إدارة الجمعية السعودية لكتاب الرأي.

وأضاف أن السجل العقاري سيمكن القطاعات ذات العلاقة، وفي مقدمتها قطاع التقنية العقارية، حيث يوفر السجل العقاري بياناته ومعلوماته للشركات والمنصات العقارية، باستخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات API، وفي قطاع التطوير العقاري أطلقنا بوابة المطورين العقاريين لمشاريع البيع على الخارطة، التي ستسهل رحلة المستفيدين في مشاريع البيع على الخارطة وتنظم عمليات التوثيق فيها بالإضافة إلى توفير أدوات للمطورين العقاريين لإدارة مشاريعهم من خلال لوحة تحكم شاملة.
وتناول اللقاء دور كتاب الرأي في توعية المجتمع والأفراد بأهمية التسجيل العيني الأول، وأثره في تسهيل عملياتهم العقارية، وتحسين تجربتهم في تنفيذ التصرفات العقارية.
