مجلس القيادة الرئاسي يوجه بإصلاحات شاملة لتحسين كفاءة مؤسسات الدولة

واصل مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، اليوم الثلاثاء، اجتماعاته برئاسة فخامة الرئيس الدكتور رشاد محمد العليمي، رئيس المجلس، وبحضور أعضائه عيدروس الزبيدي، سلطان العرادة، عبدالرحمن المحرمي، الدكتور عبدالله العليمي، عثمان مجلي، وفرج البحسني، وعبر الاتصال المرئي عضو المجلس طارق صالح.
وناقش الاجتماع، بحضور رئيس مجلس الوزراء الدكتور احمد عوض بن مبارك، مستجدات الاوضاع على الساحة الوطنية، والجهود الحكومية المبذولة لتأمين الخدمات، والتخفيف من وطأة المعاناة الانسانية التي صنعتها المليشيات الحوثية الارهابية المدعومة من النظام الايراني.
واستمع المجلس من رئيس الوزراء الى تقرير حول مؤشرات الاداء الاقتصادي، والمؤسسي خلال الفترة الماضية، ومسار الاصلاحات الشاملة، والاجراءات والقرارات المطلوبة لتقوية وتعزيز دور ومكانة الحكومة في مواجهة التحديات الماثلة، وتحسين ادائها على المستويين المركزي، والمحلي.
وشدد مجلس القيادة الرئاسي في السياق، على توجيهاته باستكمال عودة جميع مؤسسات الدولة للعمل من العاصمة المؤقتة عدن والمحافظات المحررة، والتعاطي العاجل مع الوضع الاقتصادي والخدمي، وتعزيز جهود مكافحة الفساد، وتحسين الايرادات العامة، وتقليص النفقات، والعمل بتوصيات الهيئات المساندة للمجلس، والشركاء الاقليميين والدوليين.
وحث المجلس الحكومة، على مضاعفة جهودها في تيسير تدخلات مجتمع العمل الانساني، وتسهيل انتقال موظفي الاغاثة، وتمكينهم من الوصول الى المجتمعات المحلية مع التشديد على تسريع اعادة تشكيل الهيئة العليا للاغاثة، فضلاً عن انشاء هيئة وطنية لرعاية الجرحى واسر الشهداء.
و جدد التأكيد، على ضرورة استكمال الاجراءات لتعزيز دور آليات مكافحة الفساد بما في ذلك اعادة هيكلة الجهاز المركزي للرقابة والمحاسبة، وتشكيل اللجنة العليا للمناقصات والمزايدات، والهيئة العليا للرقابة على المناقصات والمزايدات، وفقاً للوائح والقوانين النافذة.
كما اطلع مجلس القيادة الرئاسي، على تقرير من وزير الدفاع الفريق الركن محسن الداعري، ورئيس هيئة الأركان العامة، قائد العمليات المشتركة، الفريق الركن صغير بن عزيز، حول الموقف العسكري، وجهوزية القوات في مختلف الجبهات، مشيداً باليقظة العالية التي اظهرتها القوات المسلحة، وكافة التشكيلات العسكرية في التصدي الحازم لاعتداءات المليشيات الحوثية العميلة للنظام الايراني.

وأضاف الراشد "إن المملكة بقرارها الكريم، والمتزامن مع احتفالات الوطن بيوم التأسيس، تعيد للأذهان مجد الماضي وإنجازات الأولين، وتؤكد على تمسّكها بهويتها العربية والوطنية العريقة من خلال تصميم الرمز المستوحى من الخط العربي، ودلالاته الفنية المنبثقة عن تراث المملكة وثقافتها الأصيلة والراسخة، وهو إنجاز آخر تقدّمه قيادة المملكة للوطن وللعالم العربي بأسره على اعتباره أول رمز عالمي معتمد للعملات العربية".
