نخبة من المستثمرين والمسئولين بالقطاع العقاري السعودي يزورون مشروع جوهرة المرجان بدرة البحرين

في خطوة تعكس عمق العلاقات الاقتصادية بين مملكة البحرين والمملكة العربية السعودية، استضافت "درة البحرين" بالتعاون مع شركتي "فنشي العقارية" و"مصادر العقارية" وفداً بارزاً من رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين السعوديين في قطاع العقارات، وذلك للاطلاع عن قرب على مشروع "جوهرة المرجان"، المرحلة الرابعة من منتجع "درة البحرين"، أكبر منتجع سكني فاخر في المملكة.

وخلال الزيارة، التي تمت بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة تطوير المنطقة الشرقية، المهندس عمر بن صالح العبداللطيف، ونائب الرئيس للاستثمار السيد محمد العبدالله، ونخبة من المسؤولين ورجال الأعمال في المنطقة الشرقية بالسعودية، حظي الوفد بجولة شاملة في المشروع، شملت زيارة فلل العرض التي تميزت بتصاميمها المعمارية العصرية ومرافقها المتكاملة المصممة لتلبية احتياجات الأسرة الخليجية.

وفي السياق نفسه، أشاد السيد عبدالله العوفي، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "مصادر العقارية"، بحفاوة الاستقبال والتنظيم قائلاً: "مشروع 'جوهرة المرجان' يعكس المستوى المتقدم الذي وصلت إليه مملكة البحرين في القطاع العقاري، وهو بلا شك فرصة رائعة للسوق السعودية للاستفادة من هذه التجربة المتميزة".
يتألف مشروع "جوهرة المرجان" من 200 فيلا فاخرة مطلة على البحر، تتميز بتصاميمها الداخلية والخارجية الراقية، وتضاف إلى أكثر من 1200 فيلا تم إنجازها في المراحل الثلاث السابقة من مشروع درة البحرين. ومن المقرر أن تبدأ عمليات البناء في المرحلة الرابعة مع مطلع العام المقبل.
