الدفاع المدني يؤكد اتباع إرشادات الوقاية عند استخدام الفحم والحطب للتدفئة

أكدت المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني ضرورة اتباع إرشادات وتعليمات السلامة عند استخدام الفحم والحطب للتدفئة، وشددت على أهمية إطفاء النار الناتجة عن الفحم والحطب عند الخروج من المنزل والحذر من النوم في أثناء اشتعالها؛ فاحتراقه ينتج غاز أول أكسيد الكربون، الذي يسبب الاختناق والموت -لا سمح الله- عند إشعالها في الأماكن المغلقة، وتنوه على مراقبة الأطفال ومنعهم من الاقتراب أو العبث بها.
ودعت المديرية لاتباع إرشادات وتعليمات السلامة المعلنة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والاتصال بالرقمين “911” في مناطق الرياض ومكة المكرمة والشرقية، و”998″ في بقية مناطق المملكة لطلب المساعدة على الحالات الطارئة.
