استطاع وزير الخارجية السفير علي يوسف إضفاء نشاطٍ كبير للدبلوماسية السودانية، وذلك منذ تقلده لمنصب وزير الخارجية في منتصف نوفمبر الماضي.
ويعكف يوسف على ترتيب دولاب العلاقات الخارجية، واجتياز التحديات التي تحيط بالبلاد خارجيًا.
(الكرامة) استنطقته لإزالة الضبابية حول عددٍ من المواضيع التي أثارت لغطًا، ومن ضمنها: استئناف مباحثات جدة مجددًا، فإلى مضابط الحوار.
هنالك حديثٌ عن استئناف (منبر جدة) في يناير، ما مدى صحة ذلك؟
استئناف (منبر جدة) يتوقف على موافقة الميليشيا بتنفيذ ما تم الاتفاق عليه، وليس هنالك اجتماعٌ للوصول لشيءٍ، وليس هنالك أية مفاوضاتٍ، فقط هنالك اتفاقٌ واضح وملزم مفروض يتنفذ، المطلوب ما تم الاتفاق عليه في بيان جدة.
هنالك اجتماع في موريتانيا لتجميع المبادرات التي طرحت لحل الأزمة السودانية؟
المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة رمطان لعمامرة سيزور السودان في الحادي والعشرين من الشهر الجاري، وينتظر أن يعقد اجتماعًا في موريتانيا وهو لتنسيق مبادرات، وستنعقد في موريتانيا باعتبار أنّها الدولة التي تترأس الاتحاد الإفريقي، وهو الاجتماع الثالث حيث عقد من قبل في جيبوتي.

(السودان) كيف سيبني علاقاته مع الشرق والغرب وخلق توزان في ظل التقاطعات الدولية؟
علاقاتنا مع الدول ستكون مبنيةً على المصالح، يعني عندنا مصالح مع روسيا (حنمشي معاها)، عندنا مصالح مع الصين (حنمشي معاها)، ظهرت لينا مصالح مع أمريكا في عهد ترامب (حنمشي معاها)، الأهم مصالح السودان، وليس لدينا حالة عداء مع أي بلد إلّا الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك لدعمها للميليشيا دعمًا واضحًا مؤكدًا ومكشوف لكل الأطراف الدولية (العندها أمانة وحياد). ويجب على الإمارات وقف دعمها للميليشيا والنأي بنفسها عن ما يجري من انتهاكات للشعب السوداني، ومن الأشياء التي يمكن تقود لكن في ظل ما يجري هنالك مشكلة كبيرة معها.
العلاقات مع روسيا كيف تقيمها؟
العلاقات ممتازة مع روسيا، وفي زيارات من جانب السودان لموسكو وهنالك مصالح مشتركة بيننا.
هنالك أسئلة واستفهامات عن طبيعة العلاقات مع واشنطن؟ وكيف ستكون عقب تسلم ترامب للسلطة؟
لازم نشوف ترامب يستلم السلطة ويشكل إدارته ويوضح سياسات الخارجية لاتخاذ مواقف معه. ونحن ليس لدينا تحفظ أو موقف عدائي اتجاه الرئيس المنتخب من الشعب الأمريكي، نحترم أمريكا وننتظر ترامب الذي ستنتقل السلطة إليه في 20 يناير المقبل، ليعلن عن ملامح سياساته الخارجية، لنبني عليها بصورةٍ واقعية.
هنالك حديث عن حركة تنقلات سفراء كبيرة بمحطات السودان الخارجية؟
الآن سيحدث ترقيات في مختلف الدرجات، وبعد ذلك ستحدث تنقلات تتم عن طريق لجان تم تشكيلها وتعمل في صمت.
