قوى النواب: آليات جديدة لقانون الضمان الاجتماعي لدعم الأسر وتمكينها

أكد المهندس إيهاب منصور، وكيل لجنة القوى العاملة بمجلس النواب، أن هناك آلية واضحة لتنفيذ قانون الضمان الاجتماعي بعد صدوره.
خلال لقائه في برنامج "بصراحة" مع الإعلامية رانيا هاشم عبر قناة "الحياة"، أشار منصور إلى أن الدعم المشروط الذي ينص عليه قانون الضمان الاجتماعي يشمل خمسة أنواع من الأسر، بما في ذلك الأسر المعالة، والأسر التي فقدت عائلها، والأسر الفقيرة.
وأكد أن هذا الدعم مرتبط بضرورة الحفاظ على صحة الأبناء في هذه الأسر.
وفي سياق متصل، أوضح منصور أن الدولة تعمل على البحث عن آليات جديدة لضخ استثمارات وتوفير فرص عمل، معربًا عن تفاؤله بصدور القانون واللائحة التنفيذية خلال شهر سبتمبر المقبل.
كما أشار إلى أن هناك نوعًا آخر من الدعم، وهو الدعم غير المشروط المتمثل في برنامج "تكافل وكرامة"، حيث يتولى صندوق تكافل وكرامة مسؤولية صرف الدعم لمستحقي هذه البرامج، ويستهدف هذا الدعم عدة فئات، منها ذوو الإعاقة، والمسنون، والنساء غير المعيلات.
وأكد منصور أن الهدف من هذه الجهود هو مساعدة الأسر وتمكينها من الاعتماد على نفسها، مشددًا على أهمية تسهيل الحصول على قروض لهذه الأسر كجزء من استراتيجية التمكين المنصوص عليها في القانون.
