عاجل هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد تباشر عددًا من القضايا الجنائية

صرّح المتحدث الرسمي في هيئة الرقابة ومكافحة الفساد بأن الهيئة باشرت عددًا من القضايا الجنائية خلال الفترة الماضية، وجارٍ استكمال الإجراءات النظامية بحق مرتكبيها، وكانت أبرز القضايا على النحو الآتي:
القضية الأولى:
أخبار متعلقة الدفاع المدني يؤكد على إجراءات السلامة عند استخدام مدفأة الكيروسينالمزاد الإلكتروني يحتفي بكأس العالم 2034 بطرح لوحات مميزةبالتعاون مع وزارة العدل تم القبض على قاضٍ يعمل بالمحكمة العامة في إحدى المناطق، لحظة استلامه مبلغ (670.

000) ستمائة وسبعين ألف ريال من أصل مبلغ (1.000.000) مليون ريال، مقابل إنهاء قضية منظورة بذات المحكمة لمواطن بشأن نزع مالي بقيمة (19.000.000) تسعة عشر مليون ريال بمساعدة قاضٍ آخر يعمل بذات المحكمة "تم إيقافه".
القضية الثانية:
إيقاف موظف يعمل بإحدى الكليات الصناعية لقيامه بالاستيلاء على المكافآت الشهرية العائدة لطلاب الكلية المنتهية علاقتهم بها حيث بلغت قيمتها (1.492.072) مليون وأربعمائة واثنين وتسعين ألف واثنين وسبعين ريالًا، من خلال قيامه بالتلاعب في كشوفات صرف المكافآت بإضافة حسابات بنكية تعود لأقاربه ومعارفه واشتراكهم معه مقابل حصولهم على نصف المبلغ.
القضية الثالثة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة العدل تم إيقاف كاتب عدل في إحدى المحافظات ومواطن لحصولهما على مبلغ (4.461.500) أربعة ملايين وأربعمائة وواحد وستين ألف وخمسمائة ريال مقابل إفراغ أرض في المحافظة بطريقة غير نظامية.
القضية الرابعة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية تم القبض على ضابط برتبة رائد يعمل بالمديرية العامة للسجون في إحدى المناطق لحظة استلامه مبلغ (60.000) ستين ألف ريال من أصل مبلغ (100.000) مائة ألف ريال من وكيل أحد الموقوفين الأجانب بسجن الإبعاد مقابل إطلاق سراحه من السجن وعدم إبعاده.
القضية الخامسة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية تم إيقاف ضابط صف يعمل بمركز شرطة في إحدى المحافظات لحصوله على مبلغ (100.000) مائة ألف ريال من مقيمين مقابل حفظ قضيتهم وعدم إحالتها للنيابة العامة.
القضية السادسة:
القبض على موظف يعمل في شركة متعاقدة مع إحدى الهيئات الحكومية لحظة استلامه مبلغ (150.000) مائة وخمسين ألف ريال من مالك كيان تجاري متعاقد مع الشركة بمشروع صيانة تابع للهيئة مقابل صرف مستحقاته المالية لدى الشركة بمبلغ يفوق (800.000) ثمانمائة ألف ريال.
القضية السابعة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية تم إيقاف موظف سابق بالأحوال المدنية في إحدى المناطق لحصوله على مبلغ (20,000) عشرين ألف ريال مقابل إصدار تعميد لأحد الكيانات التجارية بالشراء المباشر بطريقة غير نظامية.
القضية الثامنة:
إيقاف موظفين اثنين يعملان بأمانة إحدى المحافظات لحصولهما على مبلغ (15,000) خمسة عشر ألف ريال من مواطن "وسيط- تم إيقافه" مقابل إنهاء إجراءات معاملة إصدار شهادة إشغال موقع يملكه رجل أعمال "تم إيقافه".
القضية التاسعة:
القبض على عمدة حي في إحدى المحافظات لحظة استلامه مبلغ (800) ثمانمائة ريال مقابل تصديقه على نموذج كفالة لأحد المواطنين.
القضية العاشرة:
القبض على موظف يعمل بالهيئة السعودية للمواصفات والمقاييس والجودة في إحدى المناطق لحظة استلامه مبلغ (6,000) ستة آلاف ريال مقابل إنهاء إجراءات معاملة بطريقة غير نظامية.
القضية الحادية عشرة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية تم إيقاف ضابط صف يعمل بالدوريات الأمنية في إحدى المناطق لقيامه باستيقاف مقيم والاستيلاء على مبلغ (30.000) ثلاثين ألف ريال.
القضية الثانية عشرة:
بالتعاون مع رئاسة أمن الدولة تم إيقاف موظف يعمل بقوات الأمن الخاصة في إحدى المناطق لقيامه بالاستيلاء على عدد من أجهزة الحاسب الآلي وملحقاتها من مقر عمله.
القضية الثالثة عشرة:
بالتعاون مع وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية والدعوة والإرشاد تم إيقاف موظف يعمل بالوزارة في إحدى المناطق لقيامه بالتلاعب في مسيرات رواتب المتعاقدين لاختلاس مبالغ مالية وذلك من خلال إضافة حسابات بنكية لأقارب زميله الذي يعمل بذات الوزارة "تم إيقافه" بغرض التمويه عن مصدرها واقتسام المبالغ بينهما.
القضية الرابعة عشرة:
إيقاف موظف يعمل بإحدى الهيئات الملكية لقيامه بإصدار خطاب من إحدى البلديات الفرعية بالمنطقة موجه للمحكمة العامة يتضمن معلومات غير صحيحة تثبت ملكيته لعقار، وترتب على ذلك صدور صك لصالحه من المحكمة بملكية العقار.
ويؤكد المتحدث الرسمي للهيئة أنها مستمرة في رصد وضبط كل من يتعدى على المال العام أو يستغل الوظيفة لتحقيق مصلحته الشخصية أو للإضرار بالمصلحة العامة ومساءلته حتى بعد انتهاء علاقته بالوظيفة، كون جرائم الفساد المالي والإداري لا تسقط بالتقادم، وأن الهيئة ماضية في تطبيق ما يقتضي به النظام بحق المتجاوزين دون تهاون.
