إعصار هيلاري يُهدد المكسيك وأمريكا.. أمطار غزيرة وفيضانات

حذر المركز الوطني الأمريكي لمُراقبة الأعاصير من إعصار "هيلاري" المداري الذي يقترب من الساحل الغربي للمكسيك والمناطق الساحلية في جنوب غرب الولايات المتحدة، حسبما أفادت وكالة "تاس" الروسية، مساء اليوم الخميس.
ووفقًا للمركز، بلغت سرعة الرياح داخل الإعصار 33.3 م/ث. في المكسيك، وستكون ولايتا باجا كاليفورنيا وباجا كاليفورنيا سور الأكثر تضررا من العاصفة، حيث يتوقع هطول أمطار غزيرة، وموجات مد بحرية خطيرة، وفيضانات.
الأمطار الغزيرة ستغطي الولايات الجنوبية الشرقية من الولايات المتحدة يوم الجمعة، وتستمر حتى بداية الأسبوع المقبل.
المُراقبة المُستمرة لهيلاريويُؤكد المركز على الحاجة إلى المراقبة المستمرة لهيلاري، ولا يستبعد الحاجة لإصدار تنبيهات إضافية للكوارث للجمهور إذا اشتد الإعصار.
من ناحية أخرى، وجد حوالي 1800 شخص أنفسهم محاصرين في محافظة توتوري بجنوب غرب اليابان وأصيب نحو 50 في مناطق متفرقة جراء إعصار "لان"، الذي ضرب ساحل بحر اليابان الليلة الماضية، حسب قناة NHK.
وقال مسؤولو الأرصاد الجوية في اليابان إن العاصفة الاستوائية "لان" ستجلب على الأرجح أمطارا غزيرة إلى منطقتي توكاي وهوكوريكو اليوم الأربعاء.
وأصدرت السلطات في محافظة شيزؤوكا غرب طوكيو أوامر إخلاء لأكثر من 380 ألفا من السكان في مدينتين، حيث رفعت الأمطار مخاطر حدوث انزلاقات أرضية.
وتم في شيزؤوكا تعليق حركة قطارات السكك الحديدية عالية السرعة "شينكانسن".
ووفقًا لأحدث البيانات، فقد أصيب ما لا يقل عن 49 شخصا في ثماني محافظات يابانية نتيجة الإعصار، بينهم شخص واحد على الأقل في حالة حرجة.
وأدت الظروف الجوي السيئة والأمطار الغزيرة إلى تدمير عدد من مرافق البنية التحتية في الجزء الغربي من اليابان، وتعطيل مؤقت لحركة الطيران.
