هنقرستيشن تعيّن سفراء لتحسين تجربة العملاء وتعزيز السلامة العامة

أعلنت شركة هنقرستيشن اليوم عن إطلاق مبادرة "سفراء هنقرستيشن"، التي تهدف إلى تحسين تجربة العملاء وتعزيز السلامة على الطرقات. يتمثل دور السفراء في متابعة عمليات التوصيل عن كثب، بدءًا من استلام الطلب، ثم قيادة المندوب في طريقه، وصولاً إلى تسليم الطلب للعميل، لضمان جودة الخدمة وسلامتها.
إلى جانب ذلك، يتواجد السفراء في المدن الرئيسية بدايةً بالرياض، ويقومون بجولات دورية لمراقبة مناديب التوصيل للتأكد من التزامهم بمعايير السلامة وتوجيههم في حال وجود استفسارات، مما يسهم في تعزيز التواصل وتحقيق تجربة أفضل للعملاء.

وبهذه المناسبة، أعرب الرئيس التنفيذي لهنقرستيشن، المهندس علي الدمنهوري، عن أن هذه المبادرة جزء من التزام هنقرستيشن المستمر بالسلامة العامة، وتسعى الشركة من خلالها إلى تقديم تجربة آمنة ومميزة للعملاء. وأضاف أن الشركة تتعاون مع الجهات الحكومية في رصد أي مخالفات من قبل مناديب التوصيل وإحالتها للجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
