انعقاد اجتماعات الطاولة المستديرة بين المملكة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي

تنظّم الهيئة العامة للتجارة الخارجية في المملكة العربية السعودية اجتماع الطاولة المستديرة التجارية بين المملكة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي، وذلك في مقر الهيئة بالرياض وتستمر خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 10 ديسمبر 2024م، برئاسة وكيل محافظ الهيئة العامة للتجارة الخارجية للعلاقات الدولية عبدالعزيز بن عمر السكران، ورئيس الشؤون التجارية والاقتصادية في مندوبية الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى المملكة، توماس يورجنسن، ومشاركة عددٍ من الجهات الحكومية والخاصة في المملكة.
ويهدف الاجتماع إلى تعزيز الشراكة الاقتصادية والتجارية بين المملكة ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي، حيث يُعد الاتحاد الأوروبي أحد أهم الشركاء التجاريين للمملكة، مع ارتفاع ملحوظ في حجم التجارة المتبادلة بين الجانبين.
ويركّز الاجتماع على مناقشة سبل تجاوز التحديات المشتركة وتعزيز التعاون في مجالات التجارة والاستثمار، بما يعزز مكانة الشراكة الاقتصادية على المستوى الدولي.
ويشارك في هذا الاجتماع كبار المسؤولين للشؤون التجارية من مندوبية الاتحاد الأوروبي لدى المملكة، وممثلو الدول الأعضاء في الاتحاد الأوروبي المعنيين بالشأن التجاري لدى المملكة، إضافة إلى ممثلي الغرفة التجارية الأوروبية بالرياض، إلى جانب حضور خبراء من القطاع الحكومي السعودي، وممثلين عن المشاريع السعودية الكبرى والشركات الرائدة في المملكة.
ومن المتوقع أن يتناول الاجتماع عدة محاور رئيسة تهدف إلى تعزيز وتيرة التواصل بين الجانبين وبناء علاقات متينة بين الشركاء التجاريين للمملكة من خلال تبادل المعرفة واستعراض الإصلاحات والتشريعات الجديدة في المملكة، وبحث معالجة العوائق التجارية، واستعراض فرص الشراكات المحتملة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في المملكة العربية السعودية والاتحاد الأوروبي، وصولًا إلى خلق المزيد من فرص التعاون المشتركة.

ومن المتوقع أن يسفر الاجتماع عن نتائج ملموسة تشمل تعزيز تبادل المعرفة في مجال الأنظمة والإجراءات التجارية، وتقليص الحواجز التجارية، إضافة إلى بحث سبل زيادة التبادل التجاري وبناء علاقات أقوى بين الجهات الفاعلة من كلا الطرفين.

أعلنت الهيئة العامة للغذاء والدواء عن تسجيل مستحضر هيمجينيكس ”Hemgenix“، ليكون أول علاج جيني معتمد لمرضى الهيموفيليا «B» المتوسط وشديد الخطورة في المملكة. إذ يعد مرض الهيموفيليا B من الأمراض المهددة للحياة، وهو اضطراب وراثي نادر ناتج عن خلل في الجين المسؤول عن إنتاج عامل التخثر التاسع «IX»، وهو بروتين يؤدي دورًا أساسيًا في عملية تخثر الدم ووقف النزيف.
فعالية وسلامة وجودة المستحضر

طريقة الاستعمال
وبعد حقن الدواء في الوريد، يبدأ الجسم في إنتاج عامل التخثر التاسع، والذي يساهم في استعادة عملية تخثر الدم ووقف النزيف بشكل طبيعي. ويستخدم الدواء مرة واحدة فقط لتحفيز إنتاج عامل التخثر التاسع «IX».
أعراض جانبية غير خطيرة
وأشارت إلى أن الدراسات السريرية التي أُجريت على الدواء أظهرت أن هناك أعراضًا جانبية غير خطيرة، كان أكثرها شيوعًا الصداع، وزيادة مستويات إنزيمات الكبد في الدم، وأعراضًا مشابهةً للإنفلونزا. كما نتج عن تلك الدراسات وجود تعارضات للدواء مع بعض الأدوية التي لها تأثير في وظائف الكبد.
