القوات البحرية تحبط محاولة تهريب كميات من المواد المخدرة بنطاق البحرين المتوسط والأحمر

تنفيذا لتوجيهات القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة بتكثيف أعمال تأمين وحماية حدود الدولة على مختلف الاتجاهات الاستراتيجية، واستمرارًا لجهود القوات البحرية في إحكام السيطرة الأمنية على كافة السواحل البحرية المصرية، نجحت إحدى وحدات القوات البحرية بنطاق قاعدة 3 يوليو في التصدي لمحاولة تهريب كميات من المواد المخدرة وذلك بنطاق البحر المتوسط.
وتمكنت من ضبط مركب صيد غير منصاعة أثناء دخولها المياه الإقليمية المصرية وأثناء المعارضة تم تبادل لإطلاق النيران وعقب إحكام السيطرة على المركب وضُبط على متنها (3) فرد وبحوزتهم كميات كبيرة من المواد المخدرة مختلفة الأنواع.
كما تمكنت القوات البحرية بنطاق البحر الأحمر من إحباط عملية تهريب كميات كبيرة من مخدر الحشيش، حيث ورد بلاغ بقيام عدد من المهربين بتنفيذ عملية تهريب للمواد المخدرة، وعلى الفور تم دفع وحدتين بحريتين من قاعدة البحر الأحمر، وتمكنت من القبض على إحدى مراكب الصيد وعلى متنها فردين، وكميات من مخدر الحشيش، وقد تم تسليم الأفراد والمضبوطات إلى جهات الاختصاص؛ لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيالهم.
