رئيس "صناعة الجلود": مدينة الروبيكي الأمل والمستقبل المشرق لهذه الصناعة

أكد المهندس جمال السمالوطي، رئيس غرفة صناعة الجلود، أن صناعة الجلود تضم 17.623 ألف منشأة في مصر ويعمل بها 270 ألف عامل، موضحا أن صناعة الجلود واحدة من الصناعات ذات العمالة الكثيفة.
وشدد “السمالوطي”، خلال كلمته في احتفال الطرح الأول للمصانع الجاهزة بحضور الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء، المُذاع عبر شاشة “إكسترا نيوز”، على أنه يجب مراعاة البعد الاجتماعي لهذه العمالة عند اتخاذ قرارات تؤثر على المنشآت العاملة، وحتى يمكن جذب المنشآت في القطاع غير الرسمي إلى الرسمي ونقلها من المناطق السكنية إلى الصناعية.
وتابع: “يتحقق نقل الصناعة الجلود إلى المناطق الصناعية عبر توفير أماكن لها بأسعار مناسبة تشجع أصحاب هذه المنشآت على النقل والدخول في الاقتصاد الرسمي، مدينة الروبيكي تعتبر بمثابة الأمل والمستقبل المشرق لصناعة الجلود بكافة قطاعاتها من دباغة وصناعة أحذية ومستلزمات إنتاج”، موضحًا أنها أصبحت نموذجا يحتذى به من الدول العربية والأفريقية.

وشهد المزاد إقبالًا كبيرًا من المستثمرين والمهتمين بالقطاع العقاري، حيث أعرب سليمان الحربي، نائب الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة "أدير العقارية"، عن سعادته لهذا الحضور الكبير، وكما عبَر عن فخره بنجاح المزاد قائلًا: "إن بيع كافة أراضي مخطط "المشرق" يعكس ثقة المستثمرين في مشاريعنا التي تتميز بمقوماتها الاستثمارية العالية، كما أنه يؤكد مكانة الشركة الرائدة في مجال التسويق العقاري، وأضاف: "هذا المخطط يعد إضافة نوعية لسوق العقارات في مدينة الخبر، حيث يجمع بين الموقع المتميز والتصميم العصري والبنية التحتية المتطورة، مما يجعله خيارًا مثاليًا للاستثمارات السكنية والتجارية والسياحية".
