تردد 19 ألف مريض على قسم الاستقبال بمستشفى بنها خلال نوفمبر الماضي

تلقى الدكتور ناصر الجيزاوي رئيس جامعة بنها، تقريرًا من الدكتور محمد الأشهب عميد كلية الطب البشري ورئيس مجلس إدارة المستشفيات الجامعية، والدكتور عمرو الدخاخني المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات، حول عدد الحالات التي سجلت دخول بمختلف الأقسام العلاجية بالمستشفى خلال شهر نوفمبر الماضي.
وأشار التقرير الذي عرضه الدكتور عمرو الدخاخني المدير التنفيذي لمستشفيات بنها الجامعية، إلى وصول عدد المترددين على قسم الاستقبال والطوارئ لنحو 19946 حالة، وعدد المترددين على العيادات الخارجية 19769 حالة.
وأوضح التقرير أن عدد الحالات بالأشعة المقطعية 3131 حالة، وأشعة الموجات فوق الصوتية 4451 حالة، والأشعة العادية 6397 حالة، وأشعة اكتشاف الأورام المبكرة 300 حالة، وإجمالي الأشعة بمختلف الأقسام 1587 حالة، كما وصل إجمالي عدد العمليات إلي 1705 عملية جراحية، ورسم القلب بالأقسام المختلفة 16630 حالة، وإجمالي عدد الحالات التي سجلت بالمعامل وصلت إلى 40836 حالة.
طفرة نوعية في تطوير ورفع كفاءة الخدماتمن جهته، أكد الدكتور ناصر الجيزاوي أن الدولة المصرية أعطت ملف القطاع الصحي اهتمامًا كبيرًا، ومن هذا المنطلق حققت جامعة بنها طفرة نوعية في تطوير ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين بالمستشفيات الجامعية، فيما أشار الدكتور عمرو الدخاخني المدير التنفيذي لمستشفيات بنها الجامعية، إلى أن أعمال التطوير التي شهدتها المستشفيات الجامعية تجاوزت الـ600 مليون جنيه خلال السنوات الماضية، بهدف الاستمرار فى تقديم خدمة طبية لائقة لأهالي محافظة القليوبية والمحافظات المجاورة.

أجرى مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، عملية نوعية لزراعة حلقات القرنية باستخدام تقنيات الفيمتوليزر المتطورة، وذلك لمراجع يبلغ من العمر 28 عاماً، يعاني من تدهور مستمر في مستويات الرؤية، الأمر الذي أفقده القدرة على أداء مهامه اليومية ومواصلة عمله، وكذلك الصعوبة البالغة في قيادة السيارة. ذكر ذلك الدكتور يوسف الشمري استشاري طب وجراحة العيون، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج .
والذي أضاف بأن المراجع وصل المستشفى يشكو من تعرضه لتدني متواصل في مستويات النظر، على الفور تم إخضاعه لفحوصات إكلينيكية دقيقة بجهاز "Slit Lamp"، وكذلك فحص طبوغرافية القرنية، وقد كشفت النتائج عن إصابته بالقرنية المخروطية، والتي تؤدي إلى ضُعف تدريجي في الرؤية، نتيجة تغير شكل القرنية، موضحاً أن نسبة الإبصار في العين اليمين كانت لا تتعدى 30% باستخدام الأدوات المساعدة مثل النظارات، وبدونها 20% فقط، كما أوضحت النتائج أن نسبة الإنحراف 3 درجات ونصف.

وأكد الدكتور يوسف الشمري أن جهود الفريق الطبي ، تكللت بالنجاح ولله الحمد بدون أية مضاعفات، إذا كشفت النتائج التي أجريت للمراجع خلال الأسبوع الأول من العملية، تحسن ملحوظ في مستوى النظر من 20 إلى 60%، كما أن نسبة الإنحراف بالعين إنخفضت من 3.5 درجة إلى درجة واحدة، وسيحتاج مدة تتراوح ما بين 6 إلى 8 أشهر لتحقيق أعلى درجات التحسن والتي تصل إلى 100% بإذن الله.
