"دله الصحية".. تحصد جائزتين لتميزها في تحسين تجربة المريض

تواصل مجموعة دله الصحية تحقيق إنجازاتها الكبيرة في مجال الرعاية الصحية، حيث تم تكريم مستشفيات دله مؤخرًا بجائزتين مميزتين تعكس التميز الكبير الذي تحققه في مجال تحسين تجربة المريض

تمثلت الجائزة الأولى في "أكثر المستشفيات الرائدة مساهمة"، والتي أطلقها مجلس الضمان الصحي بداية عام 2024، ضمن مبادرة تهدف لتحسين تجربة المرضى على مستوى المملكة. هذه المبادرة شهدت مشاركة العديد من المستشفيات الخاصة في السعودية لتبادل الخبرات وتعزيز جودة الخدمات الصحية

أما الجائزة الثانية، فكانت "التميز في رضا المرضى"، المقدمة من المؤسسة العالمية لتجربة المرضى، وذلك خلال فعاليات مؤتمر تجربة المريض الخامس الذي أقيم في الرياض يومي 18 و19 نوفمبر 2024، بالتعاون مع معهد بريل الأمريكي. وقد شارك في المؤتمر العاملون في مجال تجربة المريض ومقدمو الرعاية الصحية في المملكة، حيث تم تبادل التجارب وأفضل الممارسات في سبيل تطوير بيئة مناسبة لتحسين تجربة المرضى

وقد تسلم أ. نبيل عقبي، مدير إدارة تجربة المريض في مجموعة دله الصحية، الجائزتين نيابة عن المجموعة، معبرًا عن شكره للجهات المنظمة للمؤتمر ودورها في تعزيز تجربة المريض. كما أشار إلى المبادرات التي أطلقتها دله الصحية هذا العام، ومنها استضافة ورشة عمل متخصصة في هذا المجال، بالإضافة إلى تقديم مقعدين مجانية للمستشفيات في كل دورة بعدد اجمالي وصل الى الأربعين دورة، مما يعكس التزام المجموعة بتطوير الكوادر الصحية وتعزيز تجربة المرضى
