مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر يستأصل بنجاح ورماً طوله "6" سم مع الحفاظ على الكلى

تمكن مستشفى الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر، من استئصال ورم كبير وعميق في الكلية اليسرى، سبب حزمة أعراض حادة لـ"ثلاثيني"، مع الحفاظ على سلامة الكلية، وكان المراجع قد زار عدة مراكز تخصصية، خلال رحلة بحثه عن العلاج، وأوصى الأطباء فيها بالإستئصال الكامل للكلية، ذكر ذلك الدكتور سعد الشهراني المدير الطبي بالمستشفى.

"الأرصاد" ينبه من رياح شديدة على الشرقيةأجواء شتوية ممطرة تدفع الأهالي للتنزه في بر الأحساءوالذي أضاف أن الفريق الطبي المتخصص في جراحة المسالك وزراعة والكلى والمناظير المتقدمة، اطلع على التاريخ المرضي للمراجع، وأخضعه لسلسة من الفحوصات الدقيقة، أبرزها الأشعة المقطعية (C.T Scan) والسينية (Digital X-rays) لمناطق البطن والصدر، وكذلك عمل التحاليل المخبرية اللازمة، مشيراً إلى أن نتائج الفحوصات كشفت عن وجود ورم كبير وعميق بحجم (6×5×6) سم، داخل الكلية اليسرى، وقريب جداً من الأوعية الدموية الرئيسية للكلى والحوض.
واستطرد الدكتور الشهراني موضحاً أن المراجع أجريت له عملية دقيقة، استمرت لـ "3" ساعات، جرى فيها استئصال الورم بشكل كامل، وبدقة عالية، باستخدام تقنية المنظار الجراحي مع الحفاظ على الكلية ووظائفها.
وقال المدير الطبي بالمستشفى أن جهود الفريق الطبي المعالج تكللت بالنجاح التام ولله الحمد، إذ نقل المراجع بعد العملية إلى العناية المركزة للمتابعة، وعقب الإطمئنان على مؤشراته الحيوية نقل إلى جناح التنويم، حيث تلقى رعاية طبية فائقة، وخرج بعدها من المستشفى بحالة صحية جيدة.
وقال الدكتور سعد الشهراني المدير الطبي بالمستشفى، أن هذه الحالة تعد من الحالات المتقدمة والمعقدة، مضيفاً أن النجاح في التعامل مع الورم واستئصاله مع الحفاظ على الكلية باستخدام جراحات المناظير الدقيقة يعكس كفاءة وتمرس الفريق الطبي، والإمكانيات الكبيرة التي يتمتع بها المستشفى.
