12 ألف زيارة منزلية لـ «كبار السن وذوي الهمم» بالشرقية

واصلت الفرق الطبية المتحركة بمختلف الوحدات الصحية بمحافظة الشرقية؛ الانتشار المكثف بجميع أنحاء المحافظة، اليوم الجمعة، لتقديم الخدمات الطبية وإجراء الفحوصات اللازمة لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بمنازلهم بالمناطق النائية والتوابع والكفور والعزب.
ونفذت الفرق الطبية اليوم خلال العطلة الأسبوعية ١٦٠٩ زيارة منزلية منها ٧٦ زيارة لذوي الهمم، وذلك من خلال أطباء وتمريض وحدات الرعاية الأولية بمحافظة الشرقية، والذين قاموا بالتوجه لمنازل المواطنين بالقرى والنجوع لتوقيع الكشف الطبي العام على كبار السن وذوي الهمم، وإجراء كافة الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة لهم، وقياس ضغط الدم ونسبة السكر في الدم.
وكان الدكتور هاني جميعة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، قد وجه بأعمال الفرق الطبية بهدف توصيل الخدمة الطبية للمواطنين بالأماكن النائية وذات الطبيعة الخاصة، وتسهيلاً على كبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وأصحاب الأمراض المزمنة، من مشقة الانتقال لمنافذ تقديم الخدمة الطبية، وخاصة أيام الجمع والعطلات الرسمية.
ويأتي ذلك في إطار مبادرة الرئيس عبدالفتاح السيسي رئيس الجمهورية «بداية جديدة لبناء الإنسان»، ومبادرة «كبار السن»، وتنفيذاً لتوجيهات الدكتور خالد عبدالغفار نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الصحة والسكان، بالتوسع في تقديم خدمات المبادرات الرئاسية.
وأكد الدكتور هاني جميعة وكيل الوزارة، بأن صحة الشرقية تولى اهتماماً كبيراً بكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بالمحافظة، لافتاً إلى أنه تم التأكيد على الفرق الطبية بتوفير كافة أوجه الرعاية الصحية لهم.
وأوضح بأن الفرق الطبية قامت اليوم أثناء تنفيذ الزيارات المنزلية بإحالة ٤ حالات إلى المستشفيات التابعة للمديرية، منهم ٢ حالة تعاني من ارتفاع ضغط الدم، وحالة تعاني من ارتفاع السكر في الدم، وحالة تعاني من قرح فراش، كما قامت الفرق الطبية بالمحافظة بتنفيذ زيارات منزلية خلال أيام الجمع في الـ١٠ أسابيع الماضية ليصل بذلك إجمالي الزيارات المنزلية عدد ١٢٢٩٦ زيارة حتى الآن، مشيراً إلى أن المبادرة الرئاسية لتقديم خدمات الرعاية الصحية لكبار السن تهدف إلى تحسين جودة الحياة الصحية للمواطنين فوق ٦٥ عاماً من خلال الكشف المبكر عن المشكلات الصحية الأكثر شيوعاً في هذه المرحلة العمرية، وذلك من خلال ٢٩ مركز طبي موزع على جميع الإدارات الصحية بمحافظة الشرقية.
وتضم حزمة الخدمات الطبية المقدمة لكبار السن: الكشف عن الأمراض غير السارية "الضغط، والسكر، وأمراض القلب، والإعتلال الكلوي، وأمراض الجهاز الهضمي، وأمراض سوء التغذية كالأنيميا والسمنة"، بالإضافة إلى التقييم النفسي والتغذوي، ويتم ذلك من خلال الفحص الإكلينيكي العام، وحساب مؤشر كتلة الجسم، وفحص النظر، والفم والأسنان، بالإضافة لعمل تحاليل نسبة الهيموجلوبين ومستوى الدهون والكوليستيرول بالدم، ووظائف الكلى والسكر التراكمي، وكذلك إجراء فحص رسم القلب، وفي حالة إيجابية النتائج يتم تقديم العلاج اللازم أو إحالة الحالات المرضية التي تستدعي تدخلات طبية متقدمة للمستشفيات التابعة للمديرية، بجانب تقديم خدمات التثقيف الصحي والدعم النفسي والمشورة التغذوية اللازمة لكبار السن.

وسيناقش أعضاء المؤتمر آخر المستجدات والأبحاث في طب العناية المركزة، بالإضافة إلى حزمة من قضايا التخصص المختارة بعناية، كالتحديات في مجال سلامة المرضى، وتوفير بيئة آمنة للرعاية الصحية، ومناقشة آلية تحسين وتقوية البيئة الخاصة بأفضل إجراءات سلامة المرضى بالعناية الحرجة، وسبل الإرتقاء بمستوى العناية الطبية الفائقة، والنظرة المستقبلية للعناية الحرجة المتوافقة مع رؤية المملكة 2030 الطموحة، وغيرها من الموضوعات الهامة.
ويستهدف هذا المؤتمر الأطباء والممارسين والأكاديميين الصحيين والمختصين بالعناية الحرجة، وممرضات وحدات العناية المركزة، ومعالجي الجهاز التنفسي، من أجل إتاحة الفرصة لتبادل الأفكار والرؤى، حول المستجدات الحديثة في طب العناية المركزة التي توصل لها الأطباء لمشاركتها مع الحضور، مما سينعكس ايجاباً على مستوى الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للمرضى.
وسيصاحب هذا المؤتمر معرض متخصص يشارك فيه عدداً من كبريات الشـركات الطبية العالمية في تقنيات وأجهزة العناية الحرجة.
